After about an hour of waiting for Ethan and Lily, Chris and I just decided to leave.
"So no one told me where we are going" I looked up at him
"Well then you'll have to wait and see" he smirked down at me
Ughhhh I hate surprises and Chris knows that.
I open the passenger door to Chris's car and plugged the aux cord into my phone and put it on shuffle.
"Hell yes Justin Bieber, turn that shit up" I yell, Chris just looks at me and laughs
"My momma don't like you and she likes everyone!" I sing
"Chelsea, please just stop singing" he says scrunching up his face
"And I never like to admit that I was wrong" I sing louder this time to annoy him, eventually he gives up and joins in with me
"And if you think that I'm still holding onto something you should go and love yourself" Chris and I sing at the top of our lungs not caring who was around or who was watching.
10 minutes later we arrive at the mystery place
"OMG I LOVE CARNIVALS" I scream, I grab Chris's arm and pull him to a carnival ride like a little kid.
2 hours went buy and both our arms are getting tired from carrying the toys we won around. Just as we head back to the car, I hear someone call my name. I turn around and see Jenny and Jakob, great.
"Hey" I say half heartily
"I thought you guys were studying" Chris asks
"Yeah we were, but we got bored so we came here" Jenny replies
"Chelsea can I speak to you for a second?" Jakob says with no emotion
"Uh, yeah okay" I look at Chris and he frowns. I walk over to Jakob
"What's up?"
"It's horrible" he replies
"What's horrible" I ask confused
"Her... she's nothing like I imagined her to be, she's cocky, self centred and just not for me. She's nothing like you" he says rubbing the back of his neck
"Yeah Jenny is like that, Chris tried to warn you... but anyway, I- I have to go" I don't really want to talk to Jakob right now
"Wait..." he says grabbing my hand
"Don't tell her I said this"
"I won't" I smiled at him reassuringly and walk back to Chris and give him a 'let's go...now!' look.
We sang and laughed the whole way back, I love times like this with Chris, he knows what to say and how to make me feel better.
We get home and change into something comfy, Lily has gone and Ethan is happiest I've seen him, I think Lily will be good for him. All of a sudden I get a text
Jakob: Chelsea I need to talk to you
Me: okay...
Jakob: no, not on text, face to face
Me: well I can't since I'm at home and I'm going to bed soon
Jakob: but it's really important
Me: look Jakob, if you want to talk to some about your 'date' with Jenny, speak to Ethan or Chris because I'm not interested in hearing it.
Jakob: I'm coming over
Me: Jakob no, I don't want to see you
Jakob: but I want to see you
Me: no Jakob
After that he didn't reply. It was pretty late so I went to bed.
