Can You Hear Me?

Tell me a thing about anything,
I'd be able to hear it though I'm not saying something,
Know I'll be here to listen for you on everything,
Don't ever think I'm just standing for nothing,

One time,
I'm seeing you laugh like it's the last,
Next time,
I'm pitying you for crying from the past,

Won't know if this'll end sooner,
I wish I can aid you later,
Too bad 'cause I'm just the latter,
The initial one is whom you'll choose right after,

"Baby, please forgive me," you plead as knees started to melt,
I stood still, holding my ground on what I have felt,
Memories we had, you stashed and placed it beside me which I thought you've kept,
"I'm getting married to her," that was the last shot I've had, "Can you hear me?"

And you kissed my grave,
I just stood up as brave,
"Please stay," I wailed as you walked away from me,
"I can hear you clearly well, can you hear me?"
