Peer Hostility

People are picky with friends,
They won't just befriend anyone,
Some choose those who understands,
Most be with those who wouldn't leave them like everyone,

We'd all still get close who knows how we feel,
And we'll hope that their personalities are real,
Being friends with people isn't easy as you thought,
Not all who promises they'll be there might be gone on drought,

Have friends who know what you are,
Who would accept you unconditionally,
Even when you are raging like fighting a war,
Keep them and treat them like you wanna be loved wholly,

For some people who haven't found them,
Maybe it's a stranger who'll help you when you're stuck on your hem,
Do not fret—for those friends who betrayed you before;
There would be a time you'll know what true friends are for.
