"What's your favorite book?"

"Probably to kill a mockingbird."

Joshua smiled, looking down at his lap. He tended to look down a lot when he smiled.

The two boys had gone from watching "The incredibles," to conversating about their hobbies.

The curly haired boy told the brunette about his secret hobby of drawing, and promised to show him some drawing, while the Tyler told him about his love for reading.

Joshua yawned, reaching for his phone and checking the time.

"It's 10 o'clock, do you wanna sleep maybe?"

The brunette nodded, yawning as well.

"T-That sounds good...I don't really get much sleep."

"Well I'll make sure you sleep well," Joshua stated, a shy smile coming onto both the boys faces.

"W-Where am I gonna sleep?" Tyler questioned, his hands coming together.

Joshua thought for a second, before answering the question.

"I-I don't think you wanna sleep on the couch, or downstairs by yourself...y-you can sleep in my room if you want..ya know..in my bed."

Tyler chuckled a little at the nervous boy, being fully understanding of what he was suggesting.

"Ok, lets go."

Once the boys were up the stairs and in Joshua's bedroom, the sleepiness hit them.

"Here, I'll get you some pajamas," Joshua exclaimed, walking towards his dresser and fishing out some comfortable clothes.

Meanwhile, Tyler took in the room. It was painted blue, a window straight across the room, and another door to his right. A fairly large bed was placed in the middle of it all, it had blue sheets to match the walls, and a TV directly in front of it.

The room itself was a standard size, not too big but not too small.

"Here, you can change in the bathroom of you'd like, it's right there," Joshua suggested, handing the boy standing by the doorway some pajamas and pointing towards the door.

"O-Ok..thanks," Tyler exclaimed, making his way towards the bathroom in Joshua's room.

Once he was inside with the door shut, he took the time to examine his body. The marks on his chest were clear as day, including the ones on his hands, so he didn't understand why Josh hadn't seen them.

"Hey Tyler, you can take a shower if you'd like?"

Joshua's voice was heard from the other side of the door.

"Um...y-yea ok s-sure."

The brunette was uneasy when taking a shower, still figuring out how to use the shower handle, but eventually he got the temperature right.

He took longer than he thought he would, sighing as the warm water came in contact with his skin, making him feel clean and new.

Once he was done, he reached for a random towel on a rack, before swiftly putting the slightly large clothes on.

"All done?" Joshua asked from his spot on the bed.

"Yea."

He patted the empty space next to him, beginning to undo the bed.

The brunette expected to feel uneasy once he layed down next to the curly haired boy, or maybe even wrong, but he didn't. In fact, he felt relief. He was free from the band people, and he was next to a good one.

"Goodnight Tyler."

"Goodnight."
