Chapter 28- two hearts beating

"It won't be long."

Joshua furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, looking down at the brunette on his lap.

"What do you mean?" He asks, resting his chin on the small creatures shoulder.

"Until they come for me. They know where I am Josh. They shut me down, they obviously know."

Josh sighed, frowning slightly when he noticed his own hunger.
He didn't know what to say, he didn't have a plan. He actually never had a plan, he thought he could trust himself to control the situation, but he couldn't. It was out of his reach.

"Your regretting this aren't you?"

Joshua frowned, replacing his chin with his hand, rubbing Tyler's shoulder lightly.

"I-I don't know..."

"You can tell me, I won't get offended."

The blue haired boy exhaled in relief, beginning to let it out.

"It's just... this was a stupid idea...my friends don't know where I am, my moms gonna wonder where I am and why im it answering her calls, I mess everything up. I fall for people too easily, and i- I don't even know why I'm here."

The brunettes head was turned to face Joshua, as he listened intently to Joshua's words.

"I don't know what I should do, I don't want to leave you."
