After a couple of hours, I felt the uncomfortable sensation of my ears popping due to pressure change. We must be emerging. That means if we're unlucky enough, we've just entered the belly of the beast. We've been put right in the middle of one of the fiercest wars in history. I felt the slight tickle of a breeze on my cheek, someone must've opened the door.

"Mmm, do you smell that, Raven?" Shira's thoughts brushed up against my brain. "C'mon, Ray, don't be so cold. I know you enjoy the smell too."  I didn't acknowledge her comments, but I did know what she's referring to. The putrid mix of blood and gunpowder. The muffled sounds of cannons could also be heard in the distance. I found myself struggling to sit up, I was too nervous to just lay there. I needed to move, to release my nervous energy. The moment my feet hit the ground, the floor began to shake violently. I was thrown off balance and flung onto a nearby wall. My shoulder smashed into the cold metal and a startled yelp escaped my lips. Just as abruptly, I could feel the sub switching directions again. This time I was able to hold my ground until the ship stopped rocking.

Sorry, Hat-kun, but there's no way I'm staying in my room at a time like this. I threw my bedroom door open and darted down the hallway. As I rounded a corner, the new member was running in my direction, carrying a man with a giant hole in his chest. I stepped back into the hallway I'd just come from and watched him run by. Bepo wasn't far behind him, carrying Straw Hat Luffy. Rolling surgical tables were brought out and the two men were placed on them. The moment Luffy was out of Bepo's arms, he ran back towards the door.

"Captain, it's dangerous. Close the door!" Bepo frantically yelled. Trafalgar's gaze didn't break, he continued to stare at Marineford. Bepo kept yelling, but it was as if the captain was deaf. Finally, after a few more second, the captain responded.

"Sure." as Trafalgar started to turn back inside, a scream pierced our ears. I peered further around the corner to where I could catch a glimpse of the outside. A clown was floating/ running towards our ship with something in hand. As he threw it towards us, my first reaction was to identify it as a bomb. As it came closer, I could tell that it was Luffy's hat. Finally Trafalgar came inside and Bepo bolted the door. Trafalgar's eyes locked onto me, he didn't look angry like I had expected. If I had known better, I would've said he almost looked pleased.

"Raven-ya, hold this." he handed me Luffy's hat. "Also, have Jean Bart go with you to relieve Train from navigating duties, I'll need him for the surgeries."

"Yes Captain." I responded but he was already half way down the hallway. I'm assuming Jean Bart is the name of our new arrival. I ran after Trafalgar, because I had also seen Jean head in that direction earlier.

"This will be a fun operation." Trafalgar says while smiling down as his blood soaked patients. The look in his eyes was borderline deranged. I looked around the room, finding jean towards the back.

I tapped him on the shoulder, "Come with me." We both sprinted out of the room and made our way to the ship controls. "Jean, take over the controls, I'll check on the status of the sub. Train, Captain wants you." Train left the room without a word and I sat down and scanned a screen with numerous numbers and diagrams. "It looks like we're good so f-" I was cut off by the violent shaking of the ship.

"What's going on?" Jean yelled over his shoulder in my direction.

"This isn't good, the water around us is freezing." I responded while trying to asses the damage. Jean reported to Trafalgar while I ran scans on the damage report. "Shit. Jean, do you feel that?" I turned my head towards him in a panic.

"Feel what?" he asked, sweat trickling down the side of his face.

"It's Kizaru, his haki feels like he's directly above us." This is bad!
