Ok. Second song now. This is a song by a Canadian band called Hedley, and I found this song through RobertIDK's YouTube channel (attached above. I recommend him a lot!). He did this cover because he was traveling with his dog listening to this song. He unfortunately had to put his dog down, so he dedicated the song to Marlee (his dog). Again, this is going to be a walk through of what I believe the song is trying to say. Let's go (I'm gunna do the verses first):

So the person the song is taking about is saying goodbye, in this first part. It's making the musician smile, but also cry. Sometimes, people cry with laughter, but by the lyrics of the next part, you would assume it's sad. They're trying to smile, to support the person waving goodbye. They could be moving away. The last line is saying that the musician sort of understands why, because we all need to grow and learn. 

So if you're feeling all alone remember the good times or remember home,

And if you question all that you see remember that you always got a friend in me,

Cause I know we all gotta grow.

So. Now the person who said goodbye, has moved away. The musician is saying if you ever feel all alone now that you've moved away just think about all the good times you had while we were together or remember where you grew up. If you question anything, then remember that you can come to me and I will help the most I can, because you always have a friends in me. And the last line has the same meaning.

The first line, to me, means that everybody now-a-days is so concerned about finding how their life is going to go. The second line is saying that you have to have friends to make anything even at least possible. The last two lines are saying that they won't pretend to be friends, because they're true friends. They aren't going to waste time being fake friends.

The first two lines are the same as before. But then it starts talking about time and the tempo. The musician is saying that they are slow, but the person who they are singing it about is fast, and they need to find the middle ground between the both of them.
