Alfred's POV

I woke up and looked next to me, a smile gracing my face. Arthur had been sleeping soundly next to me, curled up kitten like. How cute.
"Morning Princess," I whispered to the sleeping body, kissing his forehead. He stirred a small bit, tiredly looking up at me. "Alfred?" He whispered tiredly.
"Oh, sorry.. I didn't mean to wake you up," I whispered back, feeling guilty.
"It's okay.." He yawned, looking up at me once more. "How long have you been up Alfred?"
"I just got up, why?"
"No reason.."

He tiredly rested his head on my bare chest, yawning quietly.
"Sleep well Arthur?"
"Like a baby," he hummed.

I stared down his body, I mentally cursed at all the marks and hickeys on the poor things body. I didn't mean to do that much.

He scooted up and pressed his lips onto mine, breaking me out of my train of thought. The kiss, it was the same as it always was.
The sparks flew every time. I broke away and he smiled tiredly at me.

"Alfie?" Arthur called, his voice sounding exhausted.
"What's up?"
"Do we have any Tylenol or something pain relieving? I'm sore as all hell."
There was no shame in that sentence. None whatsoever, I wanted to laugh.
"Uh, we should... You need some?"
"Obviously." Arthur rolled his eyes.

I got out of bed and slipped on some random boxer shorts that were on the ground, only to find them extremely tight around my waist and elsewhere. I looked down and laughed. They were Arthur's.

I walked down the stairs and into the living room, going into the kitchen and checking the counter, looking around at various pictures, bills, letters and things before finding the Tylenol.

"Just on the counter? Not in the bathroom?
Jeez Alfred you really are lazy."

I shrugged and went out to the living room again, turning on the television, checking the local news for weather and stuff when a little thing came up. About a local fair with like rides and things. I smiled once more, an idea popping into my head.

Arthur's POV

I laid in bed tiredly, not wanting to move at all. To be honest it kind of hurt to move at the moment. I just wanted the damn Tylenol and then go through with my morning.
Alfred came into the room once more and a goofy grin was plastered on his face, he handed me the pills and some water.
"Jesus took you long enough," I rolled my eyes. Alfred sat next to me in bed.

"Hey. Do you think you'd be alright after taking the Tylenol?"
"I suppose, why?"
"Well, there's a fair going on right now and we haven't been on a date in a long time so...do you get where I'm going with this?"

I blushed, Alfred was adorable. And a dork. But his dorkiness was adorable.
"Aw, Alfred are you asking me on a date?"
"No I'm friendzoning."
"There's nothing 'friendly' about our relationship."
"I'm aware."

I nodded, getting out of bed slowly, looking around for my boxers. Only to look at Alfred.
"Goddamn it Alfred, can I have my clothing back?"
"Sure, go ahead. They're all over the floor anyway."
"Shut up."
"So is that a yes on the fair?"
"Yeah, I guess."

...

Later on in the day, I was feeling lots better (shockingly) and we both wanted to go to the fair, being bored as hell from sitting at home.

"Alright Arthur, you ready to go?" Alfred asks me, I paused my episode of Sherlock. "Yeah. Ready when you are."

He nodded and pushed his sunglasses up onto his head. "Alright! Let's go!"
I smiled at his enthusiasm, getting off the couch, walking over to the front door.
