Anna's POV

After a few days I feel much better and we have one week left of the Christmas holidays before we go back to reality - school!

My new friends, (Summer Jade, Sophia, and Kenzie) that I met when I started Kingsmead; have arranged a shopping trip together in our city. But I am yet to ask my brothers - which I plan on doing this morning as we're meeting today in Starbucks at one.

I go downstairs in my comfy pjs and go into the kitchen. I see all my brothers except from Brett in there.

"Morning," I say, and grab an apple and a piece of toast.

"Morning," Louis yawns.

"Alright," Adam ruffles my hair.

"Hey Anna," Logan grins.

I start to eat my apple and go on my phone, and see texts from my friends about shopping. I really need to ask.

"Hey Lou," I say, looking up at him, he's the other side of the breakfast bar.

"Yes Anna?" He replies without looking up from his MacBook.

"Can I go shopping with my friends this afternoon?" I ask quickly.

"Nope," Brett suddenly comes in.

"Please?" I flutter my eyelids. "There's five of us, we'll stick together and I'm thirteen!"

"I don't see why not," Adam shrugs. "As long as she has her phone on her at all times."

I smile big at Adam, and look back at Louis and Brett who are looking at each other.

"If I can drive you in and stay in the shopping centre your in, then I guess so. It's a big city for you to be on your own," Louis speaks up.

"But-" I try to argue, I'm not ten anymore!

"Don't push it Anna - I personally wouldn't allow this but we're feeling generous and we're trusting you."

"I'll come in, I need some more sneakers," Logan says.

"Guys," I whine.

"Look, we will all come in, Louis and Brett can stay near you and you don't have to see me or Logan until we're driving back home - okay?" Adam chuckles and pulls me into his lap.

"Okay, deal," I sigh, it's the best I'm gonna get. I should count myself lucky.

"But Anna, three hours max, it's dark by four and I wanna watch the game tonight," Brett crosses his arms.

"Okay."

I thank all my brothers and then run upstairs to get dressed for the day. I decide on some black skinny jeans, my black vans, and a white pretty top, with a burgundy scarf. I also brush my teeth and put on my usual mascara and pale lip gloss.
