"Luke," I mumbled with my eyes still closed. I let my senses come to me and realized that I was on top of something that was sound absorbent. Cracking an eye open I noticed that I was on some gray colored sheets. My eyes closed slowly. Then my eyes snapped opened and I flailed around. "Oh my god! Where am I," I freaked out trying to take in my surroundings.
"Carrie! Carrie! Stop freaking out, you're fine," Luke's Voice came from next to me as his hand was placed on my wrist. I quickly pulled away and got still.
As I sat there I looked around the room. Then at Luke, he didn't have a shirt on and the sheets were pooled around his waist, I couldn't tell if he had anything on. I took a deep breath and looked down at myself: Tshirt, bra still on, and shorts. I took a deep breath. "Sorry," I was breathing heavily. "I didn't know where I was when I woke up."
Luke laid back and looked over at me, "It's okay Darlin. I hope you're okay." I nodded and laid down. After a few seconds I shivered.
Next thing I knew was arms were being wrapped around me and I was being pulled into Luke. I leaned into his warmth. "Mmm, you're warm babe," I mumbled and closed my eyes, trying to stay calm.
"You are too, Care," Luke whispered and nuzzled his face into the crook of my neck, tickling me with his scruff.
"Luke, that tickles," I giggled and moved a little. Luke tightened his grip and nuzzled me again, teasing me.
He eventually stopped. "Carrie," he eventually said into my skin in his hushed sexy voice.
"Yeah," I asked and pulled away so I could look him in his comforting deep brown eyes.
His eyes soaked of seriousness and sadness. "I'm still sorry about how I overreacted. Having all that time alone gave me time to think... And... And I think... No... I know..." Luke paused and took a breath, "I love you Carrie."
I didn't say anything, I just leaned in and closes the distance between our faces, connecting our lips. Luke deepened the kiss and snaked his arm around my waist, pulling me into him so our chests were touching. I moved my hand left hand so it was on his warm bare chest.
When the two of us pulled apart we locked eyes and smile at each other, trying to get our breaths back. Luke gave me a small smile and leaned in again, placing a soft kiss on my nose. "You're perfect Carrie, you know that, right," he asked as he rubbed his hand up and down my back.
I looked at my hand on his chest and then back up at him, locking eyes. I leaned in and placed my lips on him again. Luke's hand made its way down to the hem of my shirt and up my bare back, pulling my shirt up. I gladly let him. Luke's kisses began trailing down my jaw and to my collarbone where he stayed. "Luke," I mumbled feeling a burning in my lower stomach.
Luke continued kissing my collarbone and looked up at me with his beautiful, shimmering brown eyes. They had a look of desire and love.

When we were done my head was resting on a sweaty Luke's quickly rising and falling chest. "Luke," I mumbled as I closed my eyes of tiredness.
"Yes darlin'," he asked in his soft comforting as he stroked my hair soothingly.
"I love you," I mumbled and leaned to kiss his chest lightly, "And... That... That was a great first time with someone."
"I love you too... And I can't say that I disagree. You're even more perfect than I thought, Care. And I didn't know that it was possible," Luke mumbled as he placed a kiss at the top of my head.
"I... I never thought I'd be happy after what happened with Thomas," I admitted. "He ruined everything for me. Thank you Luke."
"You're welcome darlin'. How about I take you back to your hotel so you can change into clean clothes then we go to lunch," Luke offered and pulled away from me, sitting up to look at me.
I shook my head, "I'm not staying at the hotel anymore. I had to find my own place."
Luke scrunched his eyebrows together, "so you're paying for it on your own now?" I nodded my head. "Well not on my watch! When you're done with this month you're moving here! If you don't feel comfortable enough to be in the main house you can be in the guest house! I will not have you lying for your own rent when you're just doing an internship."
I gaped at him. "No Luke, I'll be fine! I'm only here for another four months anyway!"
Luke sighed, "Carrie, you've been phenomenal with your marketing strategies. I don't think you'll be going anywhere anytime soon."
"Fine," I mumbled. "I'll stay here... But... We should be in different rooms... I feel like we're moving a little too fast."
"That's understandable, Darlin'," Luke quickly replied and shot me a heart warming smile.
"Thank you for being such an awesome guy Luke. I'm surprised you even offered," I told him, "but I'm only saying yes because... I-I can really trust you."
"I'm really glad you can, Carrie," Luke leaned down and kissed me.
I smiled up at him as he pulled away and brought my hand up, placing it at the back of his head, pulling him back to my lips. When we pulled apart Luke gave me a dorky smile.
"Go get ready, Luke," I told him with a bright smile as I laid back onto the bed. "Then we can go to lunch together."
"Alright Darlin'," he mumbled as he rolled out of bed and began walking toward the bathroom. "Bye the way, Carrie, you're absolutely beautiful today, just as always." He had a smile plastered on his face.
I giggled and leaned back in the bed, resting my head on the pillow.
