Miu Shimizu has always been picked on by her classmates and for what? She didn't do anything to antagonize them and she's not after the number one rookie in the academy. Miu is just a shy girl who keeps things to herself. Hell, she hardly talks.
So...
The next morning, I was waken up by Naruto's snoring. Since it was still early, I decided to go to Miu and Sakura's room to check on Miu. I walked down the hall until I found her room. I opened the door and found only Sakura there, along with Isuke.
Where's Miu? I went over to Isuke and shook him awake. "Why are you shaking me while I'm sleeping, Sasuke Uchiha? I'd bite you if I wasn't so tired." He said, rubbing his eyes. "Where's Miu?" I demanded.
"What are you talking about? Princess is right-" He looked to the side and noticed Miu not beside him. "Princess? Princess?!" Isuke started to panic. I gritted my teeth and ran back to Kakashi and Naruto.
"Kakashi, wake up! Miu's gone!" I informed. He sat up and Naruto snorted before waking up. "Huh? What about Miu-chan?" He asked. "Miu's gone. She's not in her room." I repeated. Kakashi got up and ran to where Sakura and Miu's room.
Sakura was up as she was staring at Miu's empty bed. "Sakura, did you see Miu get up last night?" Kakashi asked her. "No." She said, shaking her head. I ran towards the front door and opened it.
"Miu!" I called. I paused when I saw that Shinaku Town was a mess. The buildings were crumbling, the windows were cracked, and there were corpses everywhere, their bodies rotten and decaying. The whole place looked like it's been like this for years.
"What the hell? How did Shinaku get like this? It was in good shape last night." Naruto said. Something doesn't add up. This place was definitely not like this yesterday. Sakura screamed from inside the house, so I ran back inside.
"What's the matter? What happened?" Naruto asked. Sakura pointed at the couch. We all followed her gaze and spotted two corpse sitting on the couch, leaning against each other. A man and a woman. "A-Are those... d-d-dead bodies?" Naruto stammered.
"They... They looked like Kiki's parents." Sakura said. "Those are Kiki's parents." Kakashi stated. "But that's impossible. We saw them yesterday." I said. "No, we were all in a genjutsu. The moment we entered Shinaku Town." Kakashi said.
"But how? Who put us in a genjutsu?" Sakura asked. I frowned and ran to Kiki's room. I slid open her door and found a small skeleton with a teddy bear.

I covered my nose as the awful smell began to rise. "No way. Is that... Kiki?" Sakura asked. "No, that can't be. We saw her last night. She was alive and well." Naruto said. "This doesn't make any sense. How is this even happening?" I asked.
I looked at Kakashi as he was staring at the small corpse on the ground. I ran outside, looking around. I cupped my hands around my mouth and called out."Miu! Answer me!" I didn't hear a respond. "Miu!" I tried again. Damn it, where was she?
"Sasuke, look." Isuke said as he was on my shoulder. I looked down and saw a footprint. I noticed more footprints going towards the woods. "Guys, over here!" I called. Everyone ran over to where I was and looked at the footprints.
