12 | A Family what?

Two Weeks Later

Two weeks went by and those two weeks have been awkward, stressful and weird. Jade and Andrea were still in the competition, but sadly, two of Leigh's groups had to go and now it was only The Bride, Simon's boys and Jade and Andrea. Simon's boys were actually really strong and Jade was afraid she might be the next one to go. She just couldn't concentrate. Jade tried everything, but nothing worked. She kept writing on her songs and Leigh promised her they would go to the studio soon. 

Perrie, on the other hand, put all of her energy and focus into the competition. She was afraid she'd lose one of her girls next week. Perrie wanted her team to win so bad, and Zayn, who constantly tried to be near Perrie, didn't make it any easier for Perrie. He distracted her from work, and that's exactly what shouldn't happen. 

Now Perrie was at home with Zayn. They were cuddling and talking while watching TV.

"What would you think about a family dinner with Jade?", Zayn suddenly spoke, which made Perrie freeze for a minute.

Perrie raised her head and looked at Zayn, "A family what?"

"A dinner. You know.. Jade said she's really nervous about next week and since you two get along so well, why not making dinner for her? I haven't spent time with her for a long time, I miss her.", Zayn explained.

Perrie bit her lip. She couldn't say no, could she? Probably not. Perrie took a deep breath. Come on, it's just a dinner, nothing more, nothing less, Perrie thought. But the thought of Jade always made her nervous.

"Then we should do that. Call her and I'll get us something to cook. What does Jade like?", Perrie asked while standing up from the couch. A little smile appeared on Zayn's face. He loved her so much.

"Well, actually..", he laughed a little, "She loves pizza."

Perrie chuckled, "Well.. How about we get a pizza and watch a movie together after?", Perrie asked and Zayn agreed.

After Perrie got into her bedroom to get changed, Zayn took his phone and called Jade.

"Hello?"

"Hey, Jadey.", Zayn said with a smile.

Jade already knew something was up. He only called her Jadey when he was about to ask her something, or if he needed some advice in clothes. 

"Question or clothes?", Jade asked while searching for her notebook. She lost it and now she was afraid she might never find it again.

"Question."

"Go on.", Jade said and kept searching for her notebook.

Zayn scratched the back of his head, "Well.. I was wondering if you'd like to have a family dinner tonight. Just you, me and Perrie."

"Perrie?", Jade asked surprised. Why was she surprised? Oh right, because Perrie only talked to her when they were working on next week's performance and other than that, she ignored her.

"Yeah.. - So are you coming?", Zayn asked.

In that moment, Leigh-Anne came into Jade's room with her notebook. Jade sighed in relieve and Leigh mouthed a "Sorry". Jade just nodded to show everything was alright.
