ONE WEEK LATER

At 4am in the morning Perrie and Jade finally came home. Perrie was drunk as hell and Jade didn't want her to go home alone. They were celebrating Leigh-Anne's twenty-fifth birthday tonight. Ever since Jade wasn't in the competition anymore, she wasn't really herself. She didn't talk much, - except if she was with Perrie. She didn't sing much either, which made Perrie worry. Jade didn't even write a new song, which is unbelievable. Now after they celebrated Leigh's birthday, Jade brought Perrie home because Perrie was so drunk that she started to act like a baby. It was funny though, - but Jade didn't want to be her babysitter for the night. Everyone else was still celebrating.

"Jadey, I don't wanna go to sleep.", Perrie groaned in a real cute voice.

Jade shook her head with an amused smile, "But you have to." Jade sighed, "Perrie.. I love you, but you're really drunk right now and I don't want to be your babysitter tonight."

"Why not?", Perrie moaned and turned around to Jade who was trying to bring her into her bedroom. It wasn't as easy as you might thought. Jade literally had to drag her, but the moment she turned around to her, she stopped. Jade stared into Perrie's ocean blue eyes. Ever since Jade said 'I love you' for the first time, there was something weird between them. Well, everything was perfect. They were in love, happy and they were very thankful to have each other. But the problem was: Perrie didn't say it back yet. Maybe it was because she was too scared to get attached again - but she actually already was, so there was no reason for her not to say it back. It kinda hurt Jade that she put all of her strength together and said the three magical words and Perrie just didn't say anything. On the other hand, Perrie kissed her after, so Jade was just confused. Maybe Perrie was just afraid to say it. "I'd love for you to be my babysitter!", Perrie said in a cute voice while playing with Jade's hair.

"Perrie..", Jade sighed in a whisper.

"I like that.", Perrie giggled.

"What?", Jade asked a little confused.

Perrie started to grin, "The way you say my name." Perrie bit her lip. She started to look at Jade from the top to the bottom.

Jade already knew what she was thinking about, but for her it was clear that this was not happening tonight, "Perrie, you're drunk."

"So?"

"So.. Whatever goes on in your dirty mind has to stop now.", Jade explained. Perrie broke eye-contact and it was like she turned into a different person in like five seconds. That's when Jade realized she took it the wrong way. "No, no, no..", Jade whispered and took Perrie's hand into hers. She squeezed it softly. Perrie just let out a quiet sigh. "Don't get this the wrong way. I just don't want to rush things and I definitely don't want to go any further when you're not sober. I love you, I really.. really.. love you - but I think we should take time and talk about it when you're sober and able to talk about it."

Perrie nodded, but she was still sad. She understood what Jade meant though. "Okay.", she whispered and went into her bedroom with Jade right behind her. Jade stopped at the door frame and watched how Perrie got herself into bed. She took her blanket and snuggled into it.

"Jade?", Perrie asked as Jade was about to leave the room. Jade turned around and said a simple, "Yeah?" before she stopped in front of Perrie's bed.

"Could you stay here and hold me? I don't want to be alone tonight and I miss you.", Perrie explained.

"Of course.", Jade said immediately and joined Perrie on the bed. Jade wrapped her arms around the blonde beauty and pulled her closer to her. "Is that alright?"
