Snap

The camera flashed, making the corpse illuminate for a few seconds. Pictures of the evidences and crime scene were now stored into the camera's hard drive.

"Shell casing," McGee announced, picking it up and placing it into the evidence bag.

Snap

Alex took more photos of the body as Ducky and Jimmy started to determine the time of death.

"Footprint! Alex, come here!" Ellie cried, waving her hand high in the air so the agent could easily find her.

There were a few bloody footprints on the side of the road. Sadly, it was smeared, meaning finding the brand of the shoe would take longer than expected.

Gibbs walked passed all the agent and over to the M.E.

"T.O.D. Duck?" he asked, hovering over the body.

"Time of death? It seems to be around 12 in the morning, no later than 2. She's obviously been shot in the head, but these wounds say otherwise," Ducky stated, lifting the victim's limp arm.

Gibbs could see the deep, red marks all over her arms. Ducky moved and pulled down the body bag 's cover, exposing her face. The similar red lines were going across her collarbone.

Nick approached them both and pulled out his notepad. Gibbs and Ducky both turned and looked up at him.

"Uhh, the victim's name is Hannah Kyster. Her fiancé reported her missing when she didn't return back to their apartment from her shift last night."

Ducky stood up and returned to the van to grab more medical supplies.

"He claimed to have called her but she didn't pick up." Nick continued.

"He's here?"

"Yea-"

"Gibbs! Nick!" Ellie yelled.

Both the agents spun around in surprise and looked at her weirdly for her sudden outburst.

Ellie pointed up, just in the "nick" of time, and they both stepped back. The mysterious brick, which had somehow fell from the sky, landed and shattered into pieces.

"What o-"

Nick paused as he saw a piece of paper sticking out underneath the mess. Carefully, he brought it up to his face and read out loudly:

"If you try to find me, you'll regret it."

McGee was in close proximity to hear him and began to walk closer to the two agents.

"What's that suppose to mean?" McGee asked.

Ellie and Alex came up to them as well and they all looked at it with confusion, until a loud noise erupt behind them.

Another cracked mess was on the ground, a bright piece of paper sticking up from the rubble and the agents wasted no time to look up. A masked figure paused, then ran across the roof, attempting to escape.

The four agents chased him, McGee and Nick taking one route and Gibbs and Bishop taking another. Alex approached the second paper and picked it up. Silently, she read it.

"You're dead."

The handwriting differed from the first one. Maybe it was the slant in the words, or maybe it was the sloppiness. Either ways, Alex realized that there may be more people at work. Cautiously, but slowly, she looked up and saw another person pointing a gun at her.

"Oh, come on." Alex mumbled, running behind the wall of the alley and taking out her own gun.

She took a deep breath and got out of her hiding spot, aiming her gun at the shooter, until she realized that their gun was pointed in a different direction.

"Everyone! Duck and hide! There's a gun!" she warned as the criminal began shooting and the civilians started screaming and running.

The man or woman kept jumping from roof to roof, making it harder for Gibbs and his team to capture them. At last, he or she stopped and McGee took out his gun as the other three agents continued to chase after him. The masked figure took a glance at them and this quickly hid behind the chimney. A brick was thrown from that direction.

They all stopped at the intersection, where many cars were driving by. Since the scattered brick pieces were closer to Ellie, she picked up the piece of paper from it.

"Back off, or you'll get more than one dead person."

"What could that mean this ti-" Nick said, until he was cut off by the sound of shooting.

Bang Bang

The gunshots were coming from the crime scene.
