Chapter 11

Jen POV

Tonight Josh's parents have invited us to their house for a Pre Christmas, pyjama party. Apparently, my mom and Josh's mom went shopping together and bought everyone matching pyjamas, the men wear all the same and the women have the same. It's cute.

The plan is to spend the night there and just chill out. My family changes into their pyjamas, and I put a beanie on my head because it's cold outside.

"Jen you done?" I hear my mom call out

"Yes" I rush down the stairs to the living room

"Nice pyjamas Jen" Blaine laughs

"Your one to talk, snowman" I shoot back laughing, I jump on his back laughing

"Piggy back ride, huh?" he asks

"Yeah!" I squeal

"Alright baby sis"

We exit our house looking like a bunch of Christmas retards. Finally, we get to Josh's house, me still on Blaine's back. My mother rings the bell and Michelle opens the door.

"Hey guys!" she greets us

"Hey" we say in chorus

"Come on in" she says

Blaine carries me in, then I jump off his back.

"Hey Lawrences" Chris greets us

"Hi" we greet back

"This is Connor my other son. He wasn't here for the past few weeks because he was in Kentucky" Chris tells us

"Hello" I greet him after everyone has greeted him

"Hi" he replies, "You must be Jennifer! Josh doesn't shut up about you"

I blush. Connor is dressed in his pyjamas. Connor is younger than Josh, you can tell. He is shorter, and doesn't have that much of a deep voice.

"Oh, which reminds me, can you tell Josh to come down here?" Michelle asks

"Sure" Connor responds, "Come with me Jen"

I nod awkwardly. Following Connor upstairs we get to Josh's room. I hear that Josh is talking to someone but I don't know who. Connor knocks on the door softly then opens it.

"Hey Josh, they're here. You might wanna ditch your friends" he says

I see that Jena, Sam and Liam are here too. I stand there shocked. What if they don't want to leave? Josh sees me and smiles.

"Alright. Gimme 5 minutes" he replies

"Okay, Jen let's go to my room" Connor smiles at me

"Okay guys, get out" Josh tells his friends frantically

I head to Connor's room with him. I walk inside to see Cincinnati posters on the wall with band posters.

"I don't like them either" Connor speaks

"Huh?" I am confused.
