It's been two months since me and Shaw spoke alone because everyone and their mother want to have a 'talk' with him.

Whenever this happens Mrs. Shaw comes into the class at the end of the day and sits in her husband's chair, while he teaches.

I never actually paid attention because my mind was on a million other things.

Father is breathing down my neck about something he won't tell about and I have a bad feeling about it. Mother doesn't know what's wrong either; she's as clueless as I am. Which is bad since he tells her everything.

It's October and we still have a lot of work on the house to do before December. For some reason we can't get the lake right, the orchids are going to take forever to do, and one of the walls is leaning away from the others while the other one is too short or too long.

The bell rings to go home, I'm so close to pulling out my hair and punching the shit out of something that I wasn't surprised when I pulled the hand off my shoulder and flipped them over me.

Got on top of them and punched them twice in the face then walked away.

I seriously hope that was a guy because I don't feel like apologizing today.

Some teacher call out to me, "Roberts, come with me"

"Don't feel like it." I kept walking

"Now, Roberts"

I scuffed, like that was going to do anything.

Just as I was opening the door, Shaw grabbed a hold of my arm.

I looked at his hand and then his face, with a glare. He glared back and tighten his hold on my arm. I was tempted with the thought to beat the living shit out of him but then I would get expelled or his wife would kill me....hell maybe even both.

He said something to the teacher but I didn't hear a word because I was still trying to control myself when I heard, "Don't worry I'll make sure he gets his punishment"

"Punishment? For what?"

"punching someone in the face"

"So what they touched me while I'm in a bad mood"

Shaw started to pushing me towards his class room, "the world doesn't revolve around you Roberts."

"if it involves me and my personal space, it does"

He didn't say anything after that but continued to push me into his room.

Once there he finally let go of my arm, sat in his chair and put his head in his hands.

Shaw sighed, "Look Thantos I know that you're upset with me but you never let me explain before. And you shouldn't be taking it out on other students"

"Weren't you the one to say the world doesn't revolve around you."

He sighed again, "Just let me explain everything, Thantos"

I stayed quiet for a few seconds with the answer go fuck yourself on the tip of my tongue but Fantasy's words came back to me full force, "You could kill him"

I could kill him now, he was vulnerable, no one was around that could give me a few minutes head start to leave and hide everyone.

I could snap his neck and place it on his desk to make it look like he's sleeping.

I reached out to do just that but then Fantasy voice came back in my head, "You could listen to his side of the story and maybe learn to trust him or you could just play things by ear."

"Do this by ear, Thantos. That way you won't regret jumping the gun too early."

I put my hand back down and sighed deeply, fine I'll listen to his side and if he says the wrong thing then I'll kill him.

"Fine, Shaw I'll listen but everyone will be there with me"

"That's fine with me"

"Good we'll meet in two days time at your home in your office."

I started to walk back out the room but Shaw called after me, "wait how did you know that I have an office?"

Looking over my shoulder, "you really think we were going to let you walk around, saying that you're the one suppose to protect us, without finding something out about you? You think we weren't going to check to see if what you said is true? You thought were weren't going to find out where you live? Do we really look that stupid to you?"

With that said I walked out.
