The door slowly creaked open. A dark figure wandered in. Light suddenly filled the room. I gave a small groan as if to be awoken or bothered. By the sound of the way they breathed, I was guessing it was North.
They leaned to my bed space and hovered over me. He flopped down behind me and faced towards the wall and stole a bit of the blanket. Soft cries rose from behind me. I shifted to look at him.
North's face was red and his hair was messy. His eyes were puffy and full of hurt and pain.
"N-North? What's wrong?" I asked. His gaze shot towards me. "You're awake? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you, I-" he paused for a moment and then spoke. "I had a bad dream. I feel like a monster. All of the people that I have killed..." He trailed off.
I hugged him
"Hush, you big teddy bear~" I shushed.
