Waking early in the morning was something Josh was severely against. Alas, Audrey needed a ride, and Josh was the only one around to drive her. Honestly, the biggest reason Josh was against driving Audrey was because he'd have to stop by Joseph Enterprises.

While Josh hadn't even seen Tyler Joseph in two weeks, he didn't want to see him. He wanted to go to his work, paint for the whole day, and come back home to sleep. That's how Josh's days went by.

Wake up, eat, take a shower, go to work, paint, eat lunch, paint, go home, waste time in doing some irrelevant thing, go to bed past midnight.

It might sound boring to you, but to Josh, it was perfect.

"Josh, are you ready?" Audrey yelled.

Josh sat up, glancing at his phone for the time. Cursing under his breath, he flung the covers aside. "Um, just a minute!" He shouted back, quickly throwing on something. He passed by the mirror, attempting to pat down his unruly hair before yanking on his Vans and grabbing his bag that was filled with painting supplies.

In a record time of two minutes, Josh was flying out the door to his car. Audrey gave him a weird look, staring at him judgmentally.

"This is why you need to go to bed earlier, not at two in the morning." She scolded. She looked over Josh's outfit: sweatpants and a hoodie that was far too big on him. "You look like a homeless man, Josh."

Josh rolled his eyes. "Listen, I didn't get a chance for my morning coffee, so shut up."

Audrey brightened. "I knew you wouldn't, so I made you this." She leaned down and grabbed a coffee cup.

Josh sighed in relief, taking the cup from her and taking a big gulp. "Bless you, Audrey O'Connell."

Audrey snickered. "Yeah, be thankful, bitch."

Joseph Enterprises wasn't very far from where Josh and Audrey lived, so they got there with time to spare.

"Oh, hey, can you come with me?" Audrey said as she grabbed all her things. "I have this box that I can't carry and I don't wanna come back."

Josh got out of the car, pushing his sleeves up and taking the box from Audrey. The two made their way up, Josh praying to every deity that Tyler Joseph was busy somewhere else. Audrey;s office was on the highest floor, which Tyler occupied (yes, the whole floor) as his office as well. Audrey had very much space as well, a perk of being fourth in command.

"Um, your boss isn't here or anything, right?" Josh asked anxiously.

"He might be." Audrey answered as she unlocked her office and kicked the door open.

"Oh," Josh bit his lip.

"Don't worry. He usually doesn't come to my office at this time in the mor -- "

"Audrey!"

An all to familiar voice resonated right outside of Audrey's office, and Josh just about dropped the box he was holding. Josh whirled around, feeling like a deer caught in headlights. Tyler Joseph walked into the room, but he was concentrated on some files he was holding.

Unable to stop himself, Josh's gaze dragged down the man's body, taking in every detail.

"Audrey, I have these for you." Tyler said, and he looked up. He jolted to a halt, eyes widening slightly before a blinding smile slid onto his face. "Josh!"

Josh shifted his stance awkwardly, pursing his lips. "Hello," he replied carefully.

"What a lovely surprise!" Tyler handed Audrey the files without looking at her, far too concentrated on Josh.

"Actually, I need to get going." Josh coughed, setting the box down on Audrey's desk. "I've got a job and all that, and I'm already late."

Tyler tilted his head. "I'll walk you out."

"I know the way out," Josh rolled his eyes. "Don't you have something to do anyways?"

"Yeah, a certain blue-haired male."

Audrey snorted, before quickly covering her mouth with her hand. Josh threw her a glare, and turned to look at Tyler.

"I would say I'm flattered, but I'm not." Josh hiked his bag higher on his shoulder, and shifted his hoodie. "Now, if you'll excuse me...."

In Josh's haste to get out, he tripped over nothing at all - that's how flustered he was. Tyler instantly caught him, lifting him back up to his feet.

Josh's face felt insanely hot, and he was most likely blushing furiously.

"Whoa there," Tyler chuckled. He didn't let go of Josh right away, arms tight around the blue-haired boy. "Careful, now."

Josh tried to ignore how amazing Tyler looked this close, and how warm his touch was - even how nice the man smelled. Pulling away quickly, Josh tugged at his hoodie to allow some colder air in. Did it feel hot in the room to anybody else?

"I'll be leaving now," Josh said in a weak voice. He hurried out (not as fast as before), cheeks still warm. He knew Audrey will never let him hear the end of this, and with a sigh, Josh drove to his job.

All the way there, and for the rest of the day, Josh's thoughts revolved around Tyler Joseph.
