Painting was Josh's passion, and it was very hard for him to be distracted from it.

So the fact that, while Josh was painting, he'd be thinking about Tyler Joseph made him very irritated. He would find himself imagining Tyler right in front of him - Josh was a very imaginative person - and then he'd quickly redirect his thoughts to the painting.

It was such a hassle, that he didn't even pay attention to his painting. In the end, Josh scoffed in annoyance and ripped the canvas, deciding that he would start over. But upon seeing it was past midnight, he quickly gathered his supplies and headed home.

Guess who Josh was thinking about on the car ride home.

Yep, you got it: Tyler Joseph.

It seemed that Tyler was on Josh's mind 24/7, and it made him angry. How could the brunet have possibly wormed his way into Josh's life?

But then Josh would think back to when he had tripped and Tyler had caught him; and he would remember how fucking god-like Tyler looked. It wasn't even humanly possible for someone to be that attractive. His lips, his eyes, his arms (a/n: ok but tyler's arms are fucking godsend have you sEEN those things damn papi,,, anyways), even his eyelashes.

Such was Josh's distraction that he didn't even notice the sleek black car turn from the intersection, just narrowly missing Josh's car. The honk, screech of tires, and blinding light was what snapped Josh out of his reverie. The blue-haired boy managed to swerve wildly out of the way, eyes wide and heart racing.

The black car halted suddenly, and the driver got out. Josh groaned, unbuckling his seat belt and getting out as well. Pulling his coat tighter around himself to keep warm, Josh gave the man an apologetic smile. "Sorry, I didn't see you coming." Josh said, pushing the door to his car warm.

The driver looked pissed, going over to Josh. "You should've been paying attention!"

"Yes, I know I'm sorr - "

"Josh?"

Said boy looked up, and he jerked back in shock.

"Are you following me?!" Josh blurted out, before he could properly think through what he was going to say.

Tyler chuckled, leaning against his car and crossing his arms over his chest. "I was just about to ask you the same thing."

Josh scowled, shifting his stance. "I'm not following you, I happen to be going home after a long day of work. What are you even doing out at this time?"

"Business stuff," Tyler answered. He stared at Josh as if Josh was food and Tyler was ready to swallow him in one bite. (a/n: i mean its not like tyler wont be swallowing stuff here)

"Oh. Well, I hope this whole predicament can be forgotten," Josh said moodily.

"Sure," Tyler shrugged. "Only if you go on a date with me."

A look of disbelief and intense irritation passed over Josh's face. "Uh, no thanks."

"Well then, I hope you have a good lawyer because I don't like it when people almost crash into my car. Besides, look at the huge scratch you left." Tyler replied. A few moments of silence passed, so Tyler added: "You don't have to go, if you really don't want to. But I'd like it very much if you did."

Josh for a moment stayed silent, before sighing. "Fine."

"Really?" Tyler's eyes widened excitedly; Josh's heart fluttered, and he had to yell at himself mentally to gain compusure. "I'll text you the details."

"You don't have my number," Josh raised an eyebrow.

"Audrey gave it to me." Tyler said as he got into the car. Before closing the door, Tyler turned to look at Josh. He winked, and said: "See you around, Josh," in a silky soft voice. Then, he pulled the door shut and the car sped off.

Josh got back into his car, moody and slightly pissed. He just had to run into Tyler. Of all people, it just had to be Tyler. Then, he landed himself a date with the man. And, to make things worse, it seemed like Tyler was winning Josh over. "Why must God hate me?" Josh mumbled to himself, driving home.
