My father turns the corner and I see a building and a load of teenagers walking in.
You ready Autumn?" My dad puts the handbrake slowly but steady and turns to face me looking worried
"I think so... u mean what if no one likes me, what if I get lost, what if I fail all my classes, what I-" dad cut off my list of possible negative things that could happen "those are just the bad things sweetie, just think of all of them in a good way"
I giggle and grab a hold of my back pack and quickly put my earphones in my pocket and open the door "thanks dad, I'll see you this afternoon" he nods and demands "yep, and if you need anything and by that I mean ANYTHING, call me and I'll come and pick you up straight away"
"Bye dad" I wave closing the door again as he starts up the car engine. I walk and forgot what people my age look like, I've seriously not been in school forever. I remember i needed to find the front office to get my school schedule and my locker combination
I see a group of boys on there phone next to some lockers, I'll ask him where the office is, I walk over to one of them who looked like Justin Bieber "hi there, my name is Autumn and I'm new here and I was wondering if you could point me the way to the office"
He looks up from his phone, woah he is actually cuter than I thought.
"Hey. I'm Raegan, just walk straight down that hallway and to your left"
He points, and I thank him "oh my god thank you so much, I swear I was going to get lost" we both smile and I make my way to the office
Justin
"So there is a rumour going around that there is a new girl, Raegan texted me saying that she is cute"
Danny chimes while multitasking fixing his hair in the mirror
"I'm not complaining but does that mean that head minister Bradley going to make us show her around" I ask turning of my phone from the endless notifications
"I'm pretty sure, want to go to the office and find her?" My brother turns and suggests and I agree
We walk into the front office and I catch my eyes on this girl, long wavy hair dressed in an over sized sweater, black leggings and a pair of white converse
I feel a pinch coming from next to me "ouch what the heck was that for?" I whisper shout, nudging him
"Just letting you know your mouth was open, practically hanging down to the floor" I look over at her again and we lock eyes I immediately look away so I don't create awkward eye contact
"Oh god, she just looked at me" I tense up, "oh my god, your such a pussy. Just go talk to her" he carried on, giving me a shove towards her
"Hi" I greet, she looks up at me once again, oh my god her eyes, I could get lost in them "hey there" she greets back, her voice is so soft and polite. "My name is Justin Blake, I was hoping that I could show you around if you like" I gesture putting my hands in my pocket, she stands holding 2, maybe 3 books. "Oh thank goddess, I truly thought I was going to get lost. Your school is huge compared to my old one. Oh by the way... I'm Autumn" she grins
"Nice to meet you, come over and I'll introduce you to my brother then we'll show you around" I point over to Danny
Autumn
Justin seems really sweet, he is really cute and his glasses are so adorable. We walked over to another teenage boy which I'm assuming is his brother. "So this is my twin brother Danny, Danny this is Autumn" he introduces us, a tall lady walks over, she looks like she could be in her late 30's looks at us and greets me "hi my name is miss Bradley, I'm the head minister and I hear that your the new student, I'm assuming that Danny and Justin are going to give you a tour of the school?" She asks looking at the bod and they nod
Suddenly the bell rings an Danny says "well I've got to go to class and first period I have a pop quiz so Justin I'm sure you are capable to show Autumn around" he also gave Justin a unreadable look. "But I have classes too" he looks kinda anxious, "that's fine, I'll tell your teachers they will be expecting you later on" miss suggests
"Alright, goodbye miss and Danny, I'll meet you in the cafeteria at lunch" Danny nods and starts walking to his classes

"So what's your locker number?" Justin breaks the silence as we walk down the halls walking past all the classes, I pull my locker number that was written on a piece of paper from my left back pocket "um... 404"
"Oh cool, mine is 401" he smiles. For about an hour Justin showed me around until at one point he ask to see my schedule

"The only classes we have together are music and science" he hands it back to me "it's better than nothing, plus at least there is someone that I know, I'm really glad I met you" at my comment he smiles, he has such adorable smile "me too, if you need anything come find me, hand me your phone real quick so I can put my number in, I do the same with his phone too. "Jay?" I question his name that he put in my phone "yeah it what my friends call me" we say our goodbyes and we agreed to meet each other at lunch
(Time skip)
At lunch:
I manage to find my way to the cafeteria when I heard my phone play a ringtone for a text message
Jay: I see you
Me: where I can't find you
I scan the room until I lock eyes with Justin I smile and he does so back, I strut over and sat in the middle of Danny and another guy
"I found ya!" I grin. For about the rest of lunch we talked about the lair random stuff until we managed to get on the topic of summer
"Summer is coming up soon, any plans autumn?" Damon asks, "nope just gonna chill in bed and watch Netflix"
When school was finished I walked out the back entrance. I walked outside so I could find my dads car, as i was walking out someone grabbed a hold of my wrist, I turn to see Justin "did you really think you were gonna leave without saying goodbye to me" he has a massive grin hanging from ear to ear, "oh god dammit I thought I was gonna get away with it" I joke.
I feel my phone vibrate and I look down and open the message
Dad: hey kiddo, sorry I have to work a little later, are you okay to walk home?
Me: yep, I'll see you when you get home
"Who ya texting?" He leans over to spy on my phone "my dad, he said I have to walk home"
"Oh well, I can walk you , I don't need to be home by 7" he suggests "oh Justin, you really don't have t-" he cuts me off "oh no, I want to... really. What's your address?" I respond with "78 wills street" his face brights up "oh my god I live on 76 wills street! Are you that family that moved down the road a few days ago?" I nod
