Today is the 6 months since Raegan died, The group kinda fell apart, found other people to hang out with.
Today I go check out apartments to live in, and I'm so excited. I slowly wake up and stretch out my arms I press the home button on my new phone, the brightness lights up and it shines 7:35am
I make my way to my bathroom and look at the zombie like being in the mirror, I rub the hunk out of my eye. I turn on the tap and run my hands under it, splashing water to my face then I face towards my towel and dab my face so I can at least look like I'm alive.
I take my phone and walk downstairs, I make myself oatmeal and I see a note on the fridge
"hey princess, had to leave for work. Have a great day" typical Dad nowadays, always rushing to work. But I know the truth
He has a secret girlfriend and he always sneaks off and goes to see her, a month ago I went into my dads room to get something and I found someone's bra under the bed. I just don't get why he is lying to me about her
After breakfast I continue to get ready, I pick out a nice t shirt dress with a pair of vans, I find my keys, bad and phone. I head out to my car
I need to drive to 3 addresses
The first apartment had 2 rooms,2 bathroom. One problem... way to small
The second apartment had 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, amazing view of the city, I think this is the one. I'll use one of the rooms as my room and the other as a huge closet
I hate living alone, I have to find a roommate.
I decide to call my new friend Jess, we met at a party awhile ago and I heard she was still living with her parents
I scroll through my contacts and press Jess
J=Jess
A=Autumn
J- Hey autumn, what's up?
A- Hey girly, are you still looking for a place to stay?
J- Sadly yeah, I can't stand it here with my parents any longer, there going through a breakup and I can tell it won't last much longer
A- Awe, I'm sorry to hear that. But I have good news for you, I just bought an apartment and I thought you should be my roommate! What do you say?
J- That would be awesome! Text me the address and I'll be over in 20
We end the call
