We were walking for 5 minutes in silence and trust me the silence killing me. "So what's your story?why did you move out here?" I ask looking at her
"Umm... born in Los Angeles, but raised in Texas, my mom died while giving birth to me so it's just my dad and I, we moved here so dad could get better work" she looks down but I can't read the emotion in her face "awe, well I'm so sorry that you mom is gone, but at the same time I'm really glad you moved here" I stop in front of her and lifting her chin up. I look at her for a while
"Do I have something on my face?" She questions I shake my head "what then?"
'Your just so beautiful' well I thought it I didn't actually say it, "thank you" wait did I actually say that?! Fuck

"Well we're here" I mark stopping at my gate "well I'll see you tomorrow then?" Justin takes off his hat and shoves his fingers through his hair
I nod and walk inside and drop the house keys into a bowl on the counter, I walk upstairs to my room and lay on my bed and took a shower and got dressed into some comfy clothes, I head downstairs and look at the cabinets to see what I could make for dinner

"So how was your first day of school princess" my father takes a huge spoon full of his spaghetti
"It was great, I met a boy called justin, he showed me around and walked me house, he also lives 2 house down from us" I explain looking excited for once. "Well that's great sweetheart, I gotta leave for work early tomorrow so are you okay to walk to school, maybe you can walk with justin. I'll also buy you a bus past in the future" I nod finishing my food
(Time skip)
Jay: hey, want to meet me at the corner tomorrow and we can walk to school?
Me: sure thing, I gtg but goodnight
Jay: goodnight x
I didn't really know what the 'x' at the end meant but I brushed it off like it was nothing. I turned my phone of, pull the blanket up to my chin and my eyes shut and fell asleep
