Autumn
It's the last day of school and I'm so excited to throw away the homework and I also can't wait to hang out with Justin, but at the same time I'm really curious, is it a date? Nah, he probably only thinks of me as a friend. I walk to school with Justin and since it's the last day no one really did any work. At lunch someone started a food fight in the cafeteria and now there is mac and cheese in my hair and I threw spaghetti at Justin and it legit looks like there was a murder scene on his shirt
(Time skip)
The first thing I do when I got home, I instantly took a shower and it took like 3 shampoos in my hair to get all of the food out of my hair. Once I got out and dried myself off I went into my walk in closet and got a sleeveless white top that was covered in palm tree patterns and a pair of light blue ripped high wasted shorts and my fav pair of white converse.
I finished getting ready and I check the the time: my phone flashed 6:13pm and I have a notification for a text message from jay
Jay: hey Autumn, can't wait to see you, is it okay if I come by your house around 6:30?
I text back yes and walked back down stairs and saw my father drinking from a cup from what I'm assuming is coffee reading the newspaper on the sofa and he notices that I'm about to go out
"Where are you going" he takes the last sip "I'm going out with Justin to the fair" I chose to be honest with him, I'm always honest to him. I have never lied to him... expert for the time I blamed the cat for braking dads favourite vase when I was 11
"Okay, remember don't let him pressure you to do anything you don't want to do. Is he your boyfriend." he is a really protective father and that's what I love most about him.
" I know, plus Justin isn't like that dad. And he isn't my boyfriend, he is my boy friend, see the space? The space is the friend zone" we giggle and I say my goodbye and I wait outside for Justin.
I saw his white truck out front and I was about it open the passenger door but before I could, Justin is already opening it for me, "gentlemen" I joke and jump in the car "are you excited" he asks buckling his seat belt I nod.
