Gale and Tulip had rounded a bend in the school, and two shiny stones had been lying on the floor.
As soon as Gale had touched one, he had been pulled into a different world.
He had blacked out during the journey but had found himself in a very white place.
Everything from the lakes to the trees to the hills were covered in snow.
Yes! thought Gale. Snow. Ice manipulation was his specialty, so he was lucky he was stuck in this world.
He was slumped on the ground, his legs and arms frozen stiff. He was going to defrost himself, but suddenly was hauled into the air by an unseen source.
He was whisked through the air and transported into yet another world, which was full of fire. The volcanoes spat out lava, and the dead trees had fire instead of leaves.
Fire! Fire was his greatest weakness, ice's main enemy was fire.
He got up and limped towards a clearing. Suddenly he could see the other world right before him. He could also see Tulip, now getting up.
He ran towards her, but before he could meet her she struck something in the air and fell down.
That's when he realised they were separated by an invisible barrier.
Tulip tried to blast a hole in it, but before she could she was blasted out of the ground and disappeared into the sky.
He had shouted and screamed for her to come back, but it had not worked. She could not hear him.
He started walking away , his wand in hand but suddenly it started to rain fireballs. He ran to take shelter. The fireballs were just catching up when he took shelter beneath a small cave.

He stayed there till the rain had finished and tried to step out.
Suddenly his leg was seized by a huge withered and hard hand, which was on fire.
He felt searing pain in his leg as it caught fire. He reached for his wand, but it was too late.
His skin was already rotting away, and it was paining immensely. He rolled on the floor and smothered the fire. Several more hands, which he realised were the branches of the Fira - Flame tree lunged at him.
He escaped them and jumped it of the cave's mouth. His leg was in no condition for him to walk, and suddenly he remembered Professor Rues lesson.
He shouted Darmilius! and enchanted a piece of wood lying on the ground to be his chariot.
He climbed onto it, and it started moving forward. It had been two hours since Gale had been traveling like this, and now he felt hungry.
He looked around, but it was evident that he would find no food here, so he took a small stone and transformed it into a bacon and ham club sandwich.
His leg was paining like crazy, but he couldn't remember the spell to heal it. He formed a block of ice with all the power he had left, and it quickly melted in the scorching heat.
This water he gently sprinkled on the affected area, and his leg felt a bit better.
As he was moving forward a noise from behind him made him stop.
He looked behind, and saw it.
It was coming nearer and nearer, and suddenly made a lunge for him.
Gale quickly steered his chariot to the left, but it's hand hit him and he fell down.
It was a huge monster, with flaming eyes and hands. It gave them impression that it was made of rock, and had small streams of lava pouring down it.

Gale didn't have time enchant the log again, and started running. It was very difficult, and he started to black out.
He would have, but he tried to remain strong as he knew this might be his last moments on earth ( or at least wherever he was ) .
He took out his wand and shouted Arskonpalius! A huge snowstorm fell on the monster. An avalanche came from behind it and struck it.
Gale ran as fast as he could with his injured leg, and as the smoke from the fire around him cleared he could make out that he had lost the monster.
He could see a trees that lead to a city in front of him, but knew a barrier must separate it as there was no fire and it was quite an abrupt start for a city.
He saw Tulip running towards the city in the distance, and shouted to her.

That's when he got hit on the head by an unknown object, and blacked out.
