Winter Jaty Prompts

Whoever reads Potato's blog will notice she made a Morryn Prompts a while ago, it's great ship, OTP4Life #MorrynShouldBeCanon, and the idea has been tingling my mind aaand now I did it but found this questions of Winter and Holidays, so why not getting into the Christmas Spirit?! Go and check Potato's Blog tho, it's wow... THE GOOD STUFF. Anyways, here we go!

1. Who makes the other hot chocolate?

Jay, definitely Jay. Paty's not a hot chocolate fan or hot drinks, barely tea for gosh sake's, probably she's the only person in the world who prefers cold milk in winter before hot chocolate or shit. But Jay constantly forgets so he gets 2 cups... Tho, Paty sometimes makes some for him, adding blue marshamallows on Jay's drink.

2. Who knits the other a seasonal sweater?

Paty does.

Never. EVER. Let Jay knit! As skilled as his hands are for metals and scrap ...and *ahem* other things (😂😂😂), he CAN'T knit. Even if his life depended on it, he always gets his fingers tangled in the strings.

Once, Zane found his whole body tangled on white and blue strings, it took them an hour to free the poor guy. Paty on the other hand, may not be the #1 tailor, but she's decent enough, thanks to her grandma's lessons, who was a high quality knit sweater maker.

3. Who's family hosts a bigger holiday gathering? What's the gathering like for them?

Well, Paty always tells stories about big (ass trees XD, lol snk jk) christmas and new year parties. But since her main family is dead, and Borg already has his own family, Jay and Paty never actually spend holiday parties with Paty's family. Once Borg invited them both to spend Christmas at a fancy hotel with some of his rich friends... but Jay and Paty hadn't re-met (*cough* read my other books *cough*), and only Paty attended.

Jay's only family are Ed and Edna, and they had small but nice celebrations, just singing christmas carolls next to the christmas tree, eat a good dinner, tell cool stories, and go to sleep to open the presents the next morning.

But none of them spends much time with their families, they usually invite THEM to gather in the Bounty with the rest of the gang.

4. How would they react to having a snow day?

OH. FUCK. It's unleashing a white cold hell. Both grew up in a desert, so a snow day means, snowball fights, sledding down the biggest hill they can find, animal "hunting"... and the quotating marks are there because they just follow the animal's tracks to find them and maybe take a photo, but both are STRONGLY against hunting animals, snow angels, and last but not least... DO YOU WANNA BUILD A FUCKING SNOWMAAAAAAAAAN!!!

5. Who offers the other one their jacket?

I'd say... None of them, Paty has a very low tolerance to cold, so she'd NEVER forget her jacket...s... And she'd never let Jay forget his either. And in case he did, she'd give him one of the 49385732 jackets she's wearing so he'll be warm and cozy :3. Even as a teen couple, at her 17 (16 in real life) years, Paty already has the maternal instincts like HOLY SHIT, Jay once called her mom... No one ever let him forget it.

6. Who makes a snowman that looks like the other one, or do they both do this?

I'd say both do it, but Paty's would end up turning into something more classic snowman with something that ressembles to Jay, like giving it eyebrows with sticks, and giving a little space empty in the left "eyebrow" to make it Jay's eyebrow scar; and making a BIG smile on it. Jay's slightly more experinced with snowman building shenanigans so he can make a really cool sculpture.
