Chapter 5;
*Loki's Point Of View*
My eyes flickered open and I gazed around the half lit room. I groaned and layed my head back down on the pillow before looking down to where Phoebe had been sleeping.
She was no longer there but had made her side of the bed and left a note on her pillow, it read:
"I have work so I'm either in the kitchen or at work already! Xx"
I smiled to myself as I read the note, pulling myself out of the bed and made my way to the Kitchen
"Good morning" I said as I found Phoebe sat on the floor.
Why is this mortal so fond of the floor?
I sat on the chair infront of her as she stood up and started to pick items up and chuck them into her bag. It was half 7 and she had told me that her work started at 8am and it took her 20 minutes to get there from her appartment so she was currently rushing.
I laughed as she stumbled around collecting what she needed. She sent a scowel at me,
"Don't laugh! I don't see you going to get a job for money to pay for the home you live in? hmm?" She tried to cover her smile as she said this and pretended to be angry but I could see right through her.
"Well thats because I'm Loki of Asg-"
"Asgard and you're burdened with Glorious Purpose, yeah yeah, we know." She interrupted, smirking.
I nodded and stretched my legs out.
"Correct, that is me. Well done Mortal" She laughed at my words before hauling her bag onto her shoulder and putting her coat on.
"I've got to go to work so I won't be here till the evening. I trust you can figure out a way of not dying of boredem. There is food and stuff and I've shown you how to use the telly. Just dont break anything! Also when I get back we have to order another Pizza because we were asleep when it arrived." She smiled as she opened the door, "Bye"
I smiled and waved as she shut the door behind her leaving me alone in her appartment.
I made my way to her 'sofa' as she called it, and sat down, lifting up a remote and turning the TV on just as she had taught me. I flicked through the stations but found nothing remotely interesting. (A/N please excuse the remote pun.) I switched it off and layed down on the sofa, getting lost in thoughts.
I'm now stuck here on my own for the day with nothing but Poor Midgardian Entertainment... Oh the Joy...

*Phoebe's Point Of View*
I arrived at work with minutes to spare and ran in, collecting my security passes and heading to my Lab. I usually sat in the Lab with a man named Bruce Banner, better known as The Hulk. He was a genius when it came to Gamma Radiation. Well he was a genius in anything sciency.
My good friend Catherine who's a biology nerd and does loads of experiments and cool stuff I don't understand.
On somedays, Tony Stark would come in as well but normally just to annoy Bruce so that he would 'hulk out' but it never worked. He had a strange way of staying calm and yet he said he was always angry.
Today the lab was all mine because Fury had given the Avengers time off for just Saving The World so it gave me time to catch up on anything I needed to. I usually just played with chemicals.
My mind Kept wandering to Loki and it was getting harder to stay focused, it was a good thing no one was here or they would be suspicious and ask questions about why I was so out of it. I kept thinking about what he was doing, why he fell back to Earth. I kept picturing his face when he explained to me that all he ever wanted was to be treated as Thor's Equal but never got that privilage. He was so upset. Almost in tears and it hurt me to see him like that even though I've only known him a day.
It feels like we have been friends since childhood though, and I knew he felt that way too. Being able to open up to me and for me to tell him about my past means that we trust each other. That is why I Trusted Loki enough to know that he wouldnt leave when I was gone. That he will still be there when
