"So, I thought we could start on some fitness training." Natasha spoke, flashing a smile at Phoebe who followed after the agent towards the gyms. "Sure!" Phoebe chirped. All she wanted to do was find Loki. Figure out what the hell was happening and tell him how she felt. She needed to explain to him her feelings, find out whether they were returned before he was taken from her.
"You okay?" Romanoff asked, pulling Phoebe out of the distant realm she'd wandered in. "Oh, me? Yeah! Dandy! Why?" She stuttered.
"You seem a bit..." Natasha brought a hand to her head and scratched as she searched for the correct words, "Out of it..."
"I'm fine." Natasha frowned but shook the doubt away.
"So, I just want to know how you are in the field. This here simulator," The red headed agent hit her hand against a metal door frame that led to a massive chamber. "will generate situations you could find yourself in. I just want you to give it what you got. Remember, simulated pain is real but as soon as the powers off all pain and injuries will be gone." She grinned wildly and pushed Phoebe through the doorway, "Like magic."
"But-" Phoebe protested but was cut off by Natasha switching the machine on and a whirring sound took over her words. When it was quiet enough to speak, Phoebe ran to the glass wall that Romanoff was stood behind. "What do I do?!" Phoebe yelled, her voice breaking in panic and confusion taking over her face.
The other Agent simply smirked, "Survive." and then with one simple movement, she pulled a massive lever down that turned the chamber white.
'Survive...' Phoebe thought. 'Easy enough...' and then her trials began.

Surges of power were ripping through Loki's body. Forgotten strength and lost magic rushed out from his hands as he shot orbs of green light at agents running towards him. Shattered glass fell around him as he ran the way he'd come in, the ground shaking as he went. He was unstoppable.
After short minutes of destruction, Loki was free. He had no idea where he was, but what he did know was that his power was back. He decided not to call for Hiemdall as that would not only mean Asgardian prison, but that would act as a beacon to bring all matter of forces towards him.
He raced forwards, Safe Zone in mind, as he shimmered out of view in a green mist.
Loki came back into vision in Phoebe's appartment. He had teleported there. According to his subconscious, this must be his 'safe zone'. Loki sighed, contempt with his location. All he had to do was wait for Phoebe to return home from work and he could explain why he must leave. He didn't doubt that she new of his escape. News travelled fast among Fury's network.
Loki sat down, making himself comfortable on the old sofa. His posture was held tightly, his hands rested in his lap. His foot tapped lightly on the floor as the seconds went past.

Phoebe landed after spiralling in the air. She'd lept and turned to avoid fake gun shots at her that would cause real pain. She let out a small cry as she hit the floor for her leg was bleeding. While the training machine had earlier simmulated a forest for Phoebe to sprint through, running from enemies that would kill her on sight, she'd tripped on her own foot and landed on a sharp rock that had pierced her skin.
Slowly the simulation began to blur and fade and the claps from Natasha could be heard from outside the machine. Phoebe stumbled towards the exit, wincing in pain. As soon as she was out of the simulator, all the pain and injuries Phoebe had gained during the training vanished.
"Woah..." Phoebe looked down at her leg to where it previously felt broken. Nothing. No pain. No blood. No bruise. Nothing.
"I know." Agent Romanoff said with a sly grin. "It's not all physical training, you know."
