Emma's POV

*1 Week Later*

It's graduation day, I'm so glad I'm leaving high school, I'm tired of the drama, school work, everything. Only thing that sucks is I have to antend Graduation or I can't actually leave school. I got out of the shower, I put on a white crop top with some black high shorts with lace at the bottom, I grabbed my phone I took a mirror selfie, this is probably the first I've took a picture of myself let alone posting on instagram but I did, woah, I grabbed my makeup bag, I put on foundation, conealer, I contured my face, I took some black eyeshadow I did a smokey eye, I did my eyeliner I winged it, literlly, I placed some mascara on lashes then finished with some dark red matte lipstick. I brushed my hair then I curled my hair, I walked out of my bathroom I walked to my closet looking some shoes and I have nothing. Raiding Jess's closet seems like a great idea, I walked down to her room she wasn't in here. I walked to her closet, I opened then doors it looks like forever 21, victores secert and sepora threw up in this huge closet thats atleast ten times bigger then mine but shes a daddy's girl she gets what she wants.

" what are you doing in here " Jessica asked with a bitchy annoeyed tone

" I need shoes " I said

" why I have nothing to fit your grunge emo look " she said as she give me a disapointing look

" look I need something I have nothing please " I asked

" fine but I picked them out deal?" she asked

" deal " I said

she walked over to one of ther many shevles and pulled out a pink box, she tossed it at me, once I caught them I checked out the box the price tag was still on them I looked at it

" you paid 900 dollars for these?!?" I asked

" yep never wore them once " she said

" it amazes me that can just spend almost 1,000 dollars on shoes " I said

" yeah well thats the rich life " she said

" no thats basic bitch life " I said smiling walking out to my room.

I took the shoes out of the box I was amazed at how beautiful these shoes are, even though there black and plain I still think there beautiful, there ankel heel boots all black, I took both of them out and sat the box beside me I put them on they fit so well I love them.

" you like them ?" I heard Jessica say

" yes there amazing!" I said, she sat down next to me

" did you read the note in the box Em?" she asked

" I didn't notice it I was blindsided by these shoes " I said picking the box I seen the note I opened it.

I know we don't really talk unless we're fighting and we're as close as most people would be but that doesn't mean I don't pay attention to your life I know your been though alot I know you gonna a lot of shit and I know I haven't made things any better for you. I'm sorry for not visting you in ER or not talking to you when I know you needed it but I'm here whenever you need me. And I've noticed how great you've been doing so I gift you these shoes hope you love them.

I closed the note I hugged her this is the first time I hugged her.

" thanks Jess " I said

" your welcome Em" she said

" Emma Come on were gonna be late " My mom yelled from downstairs
