Emma's POV

"Come on, Killian," I complained, practically jumping up and down in my seat. We were about 20 minutes from the campus and we were expected to be there in 10 minutes. "Can't you drive any faster? We're going to be late for orientation."

Killian's obsession with always being on time had finally rubbed off on me, and now I hated being late anywhere.

"We definitely will be if I get pulled over for speeding," Killian rolled his eyes. "I'm already going 55. It's not my fault a certain someone overslept and put us an hour behind schedule," he accused, narrowing his eyes at me playfully.

"Well I didn't exactly get a lot of sleep last night," I smirked. "You still had me wound up even after you left. So it's not all my fault."

"I tend to have that affect on women," he grinned devilishly, raising his brow in that sexy, heart-stopping way he always did. "Especially one woman in particular."

"Oh shut up and drive, Casanova," I giggled as I gave him a playful punch to the shoulder. He chuckled as he kicked up the speed to 60. Well, if we did get pulled over, it wouldn't be nearly as embarrassing as the last time.

But looking back at it now, it had actually been pretty hilarious. Getting caught by a cop while you and your boyfriend are having car sex isn't something most people get to brag about. Then again, most people wouldn't really go around bragging about something like that.

Thinking about that fond memory brought a smile to my face and made me relax a little. I was a nervous wreck. I still couldn't believe it was our first day of college. Senior year had flown by so fast that it wasn't even funny. Both Killian and I had gotten accepted to Boston University, and so had the rest of our gang.

Regina, Mary Margaret, and I had put in a request to share a triple dorm room earlier in the year, and luckily we'd done it early enough to get one. The 3 of us were very excited. It was going to be like one never-ending slumber party.

The only downside was that the boys' dorm was all the way on the other side of campus, which was about a good 2 miles away. We were in Riverside Hall, while they were in Eastwood Hall.

That was going to be one hell of a walk, but seeing Killian was most definitely worth it. If only the campus had coed dorms. That way we'd only be across the hall from each other.

I hadn't gotten a scholarship like I'd been hoping for, so Killian indeed was paying for both our tuitions. But it was only a loan, I'd made that very clear to him time and time again.

I planned on paying every cent back, it would just probably take me the whole rest of my life. Killian had been the valedictorian for our class. I wasn't that surprised. My adorable dork was a total brainiac.

He thought it was quite the honor to have been chosen, since he'd been in the district for only 2 years and started off as a foreign exchange student. In those short 2 years, I wasn't the only one he'd charmed.

He'd been a total teacher's pet and the whole town adored him. Our town was so small that everyone knew him. It was pretty damn hard to miss such a sexy as hell man walking down the street.

Johanna had attended our graduation just as promised. Her and Ingrid had sat together, gushing the whole time about how adorable Killian and I had looked in our caps and gowns. Over the summer, Ingrid made the decision to sell the ice cream shop and move to Connecticut.
