"Hey Dan .....Its Christmas Eve "Phil shouted as I walked into the living room which was newly Christmassy.
I sat next to him on the worn out sofa across the room from Brooklyn who had her head deep in a interesting book ,getting lost in the words like I did in phil's eyes .He wrapped his arm around me as I put my head on his warm chest and closed my eyes and let out a tiny yawn .
"Let me guess no sleep again ?"he asked sounding very concerned about the subject.
I nodded sleepily in reply .
"Oh Dan you haven't got a proper nights sleep in weeks ,ever since you came back from your mothers house , maybe you should stop scrolling on tumblr till 3am." He laughed .
"No Phil its who I am ,Santa Claus goes Down chimneys,cara delivene slays ,Kylie Jenner gets more lip injections and then Denys it , Kim Kardashian gets pregnant again and then corrupts the children when their born ,Kanye west makes a terrible song with a even more terrible name ,Winnie the pooh will never stop believing in Christopher robins dreams ,our bed will always be cosy but slightly lumpy ,Dil howelter will always be clumsy,Tabitha Casper will always eat more fish tacos, Philip Michael

They laughed .I snuggled deeper into phil's jumper .
Phil ordered a selection of pizzas and Brooklyn made some popcorn and we sat as a family in the lounge .cuddled together and watched Christmas movies all day long .

We watched all throughout the day .
We a watched 10 films in all.
Elf for the laughter.
Love actually for the drama .
A Christmas story for the nostalgia .
Home alone for the epicness .
Gremlins for the cuteness .
The nightmare before Christmas for amazing talent of modelling figurines .
Polar express for slightly scary faces that where created by the Christmas computer .

Me and Brooklyn let out a weirdly synchronised yawn and smiled .Her eyes where a little red but still like a ocean and I could easily get lost in them.

"Sleepy time for Danny boy and Brooklyn ."Phil said as the ending credits came on the screen.
"Nooooooo!!!"Brooklyn cried in a fake accent .getting out of her chair .
"Christmas tomorrow"Phil said in a sing-song voice .
Brooklyn kissed us on the cheek and ran towards the door
"Goodnight "she shouted running into her room and slamming the door shut "if I get to sleep quick enough it will be Christmas quicker than I know it "she hollered
Phil pulled me up of the sofa and picked me up .i was to tired to retaliate or even move in his arms .He walked me into the room and put me into our bed .He pulled the duvet up to my neck to keep me warm .
He crawled in beside me and held my hand then squeezed it reassuringly .he kissed me and then rolled over draping my arm over him still with our hands interlocked .
"Tomorrow is gonna be a good day bear."he smiled and kissed me one more time with his beautifully soft puffy lips that I loved so very much . I watched him until he fell into a deep sleep .smiling as usual .Like he was dreaming about something amusing or he had told himself a joke that nobody else in the entire universe would understand but him .It took me a while to get to sleep but all I had to do was watch Phil and his dreamy face that was like an stunning angel Senpai that just floated down from heaven to save me from the horror of no sleep.

Le time skip - Christmas morning.

"Dad,daddy!!! ITS CHRISTMAS DAY"
I opened my eyes and Brooklyn was sitting at the foot of our bed with presents in her arms ,smiling excitedly .phil kissed me and Brooklyn thenshouted "MERRY CHRISTMAS " got out of bed then grabbed the sack of presents we had brought for Brooklyn.
She handed me three presents and Phil the same amount.and hugged us .
"Open yours first "she insisted
I ripped the paper off my first gift . It was a doge phone case .
