Love Isn't Pain And Pain Isn't Love

What now I asked sitting down onto the couch. Movie he asked sitting down next to me. I sighed and laid down onto the couch. I looked at Ryan and he looked back at me. Are you tired he asked still staring at me. Yeah I said closing my eyes, I then feel him hover over top of me. Me to he says laying on top of me. You're heavy I groan while trying to breathe. He reaches his hands under my back and then picks me up. Where are we going I ask as he starts walking.  To the bedroom, so we can lay together he says walking up the steps. He then opens the door and places me on the bed and lays down next to me. He wraps his arms around me and I close my eyes. I hope Veronica doesn't say anything, a big part of me loves him. But I don't understand why I love him. He is a monster who tried to kill my best friend. But he didn't, but he would've if I wouldn't of stabbed him. Or would he of I ask myself. Its all so confusing, I wish I could understand. I must've been thinking longer than I thought because I heard Ryan snoring. I wonder what would happen if I tried to escape. Would he kill me or would he let me leave. But do I really wanna go back, I'd be constantly questioned. And if Daniel got better he probably would kill me. I wonder if my mom is wondering where I am. Who am I kidding, she doesn't care about me. Everyone thinks I moved out on my own, but I didn't. She kicked me out, I would've left soon anyways. Ever since my dad had died she would get angry at me for the littlest things. That's when the flashback happened, back at the house. I was trying to get some water but accidentally dropped the glass and it broke. She came running down the stairs. Chloe what the hell she yelled at me. I'm sorry it was an accident I said back to her. Sure it was, don't lie to me she yelled. I went to get my shoes and the broom but she stopped me. Where are you going she yelled and spit going on my face. I was gonna get my shoes, and the broom I said quietly. No, pick it up with your hands she yelled. What if I step on it I asked her, careful not to get blood on the floor she said and then walked up the steps. I noticed she took the broom and my shoes with her. I turned around and picked up the glass. It cut my hands and some got in my feet. I put it in the trash and limped onto the couch. I slowly pulled the glass out my feet. Except one was so deep blood went onto the couch. Somehow she knew and came running down the steps. She had a belt in her hands. She came over to me and I started screaming as pain shot through my body. Chloe I heard someone yell and I open my eyes. Ryan looks at me confused and I sit up. I guess I fell asleep after all I think to myself. Bad dream I heard him ask. I ignore him, I don't want to talk about it to him. I'm still angry at him, I mean who wouldn't be. Who goes and tries to kill someone's best friend. Then apologizes and thinks everything is alright and it can be forgotten. Well nope that's not happening I think to myself. Chloe he asks annoyed. Nothing I say getting up. Where are you going he asks me. I didn't respond I just started walking towards the door. I walk down the steps and go towards the front door.  I grab the door knob to open the door. But Ryan appears and pushes it back shut. You didn't answer my question he says pushing me back  from the door. I can do what ever I want I say walking back towards the door. I tried to pull it open but he held it shut so tightly. Its always easier to push then pull he says laughing. You're so annoying I yell in frustration. He of course laughed again pissing me off more. I groan and walked away from the door. I win I heard him say making me wanna slap him so hard across his face. Or so you think I mumbled but he heard me, well sort of. What did you say he asks pinning me up against the wall. What ever I want I say trying not to make eye contact with him. Veronica was right, my stupid self fell in love with an alien. And this is why being single is probaly the best way to live. Chloe he said impatiently. He had my arms pinned so tightly against the wall that they were losing feeling. Ryan your hurting me I cry out in pain. I look up at his eyes and they were black. The pain in my arms is unbearable and tears are pouring out of my eyes. His eyes then turn back brown and he releases my arms. I drop to the ground still crying. I looked down at my arms, they were already bruising. Chloe, I'm so sorry, I don't know what happened I hear him say. He then kneeled down on the left side of me. Instead of responding I quickly ran to the door and went out of it. He was following fast behind me but I continued and ran into the woods. I remember he didn't want me going in them in my dream. But why I ask myself as I continue running. I dont dare to look back knowing it would slow me down. But that's when I seen something so horrifying that made me wish I would've never left the house.
