I woke up to see my self in a hospital room. Everything was a blur. I didn't remember anything from last night, all I remember was screaming Grayson's name but then it went black. A nurse came in with some documents in her hand.

"You're awake!" She said in excitement.

"How long was I out?" I asked.

"About 2 days." She said as she wrote on her papers.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Well, you got into a car accident with another couple that is also injured and well we came to the rescue." She said.

"When will I be out?" I asked.

"Tomorrow morning if everything is okay."  The nurse replied.

"Where's Grayson?" I asked.

"He is fine his condition wasn't as bad as yours." She said.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked.

"Sure." She said smiling.

"Who's the couple?"

"I'm not really sure but you'll find out soon enough." She smiled.

"Are they okay?" I asked.

"Well the girl is fine but the guy hasn't woken up yet and he lost a lot of blood. When you guys crashed and we came, blood was on the ground and the car window glasses were shattered. You're lucky to make it out alive." I nodded when she said that. She left the room saying that she'll be back later to check on me and closed the door.

Few minutes later Grayson walked in looking at me with wide eyes.

"Charlie." He said barely breathing.

"Grayson." I said in disappointment.

He walked closer to my bed and stroked my hair.
"I'm so sorry." He said. I instantly removed his hand.

"You're not sorry Grayson. Stop lying to your self. All you do is think about yourself and not others. This is not the first time you told me to 'chill' and 'have fun' at the end I was always right. But you always wanted to have fun. This is not the first time your actions hurt me! It's that party you through at my house all over again."

"I know. Forgive me. It was a mistake."

"Yeah it was. This whole thing was a mistake. You and I were a mistake!"

"No Charlie come on you know that's not true we've been together for over a year." He said.

"Exactly. It was me being dumb. It's my fault! I should have left you a long time ago!"

"Fine."

He went out the door without a word.

That night tears streamed down my face every second I thought about our memories. Prom. The beach. The food in the middle of the night. He just wouldn't open his eyes for once and see that fun isn't doing things that put your life in danger. I looked at the ring in my finger. It had a blood stain on the diamond. I immediately took it off and through it on the wall. Hearing it fall to the ground. It's over.

I cried myself to sleep.

As the sun shined through the little window I woke up. The nurse was already in the room.

"You're free to go." She said but continued. "Can we call someone to pick you up?" She asked.

"No. My mom is not in town and my brother left town a long time ago. I rather not tell them." I said she nodded. And left me some cloths.

"Grayson brought these." She said. I groaned. And wore the jeans and shirt Grayson brought.

I walked out of the room. Looking at my wrist which was wrapped up. I suddenly bumped into someone that pulled me out of my thoughts.
