Harry exhaled a quick breath, his twitchy smile growing again and his arms extending. "Celia's giving us a free Christmas holiday."

I hesitantly placed my mug back on the breakfast bar, giving Harry a confused look. "What?"

"I'm going home for Christmas, Addison." He beamed innocently, his arms falling down to his sides. "We all are."

"Home. Home as in...England?"

His smile pushed into an unimpressed straight line. "Well, yes, Addison. My penthouse in Los Angeles, California, is not my home."

I raised my eyebrows and pouted out my bottom lip, not saying anything. I was taken back.

"I'm going to Cheshire for Christmas. All the boys are going back go England. Even Niall's family is staying with Liam's in England so we can all be together." He cleared up.

I delicately tapped my fingertips against the counter, running my tongue along the front of my teeth. I didn't know what to say without sounding like a sarcastic asshole so I was just silent for a moment.

I definitely knew that Harry greatly missed his family and his life back in Cheshire. And of course I wanted Harry to be happy, and nothing would make him happier than being with his family and friends back in England.

But...I didn't feel certain. I felt strange about Harry going away.

Maybe I was retreating to my selfish, bitchy, always-single ways. But I wanted to be with my boyfriend over the holiday, our first Christmas together. I could feel my body already igniting with jealousy with the thought of me at home with my disastrous family and Harry laughing over fond memories with his.

What if he wants to stay in England? What if he doesn't come back? What if he has no desire to live in America anymore? What if he meets an old girlfriend in England and decides to be with her? What if-

"I'm happy for you, Harry." I gave him a small smile, the best that I could offer despite my harrowing thoughts. "I know how badly you guys want to go home."

"Yeah..." Harry tenderly caught his bottom lip in his mouth, his green eyes locking with mine. "I'm going to book my plane ticket soon."

"That's great." I hummed halfheartedly.

Harry hummed lowly in response, the conversation beginning to dry out. "What're you going to do for holiday?"

"I haven't really thought of it, I was going to bring it up with you later today. But, you know." I looked away. "You're going away."

"My bad, did I ruin your plans, sweetheart?" He frowned, passive anger laced in his firm voice.

"No." I snipped sharply, whipping my eyes back up at him. "I'm going to go back to San Diego."

"Why do you sound so upset, then?"

"I am not upset." I finished my coffee and walked into the kitchen to put it into the sink to wash later.

"Mhmmm." Harry purred, stepping behind me and snaking his dangly arms around my waist.

I tried to resist at first, but Harry only held me tighter and tighter until I gave up and eased into him. He rested his chin on my shoulder and pressed his naked chest against my back.

"Did I ever tell you that you look ravishing in my clothes?" He whispered in my ear, a smile in his voice.

"Once or twice." I murmured blankly.

"What's wrong, babe?"

"Nothing." I tried to nudge him away but he was undoubtedly persistent.

"Did I do something stupid?"
