I thought this would be cute. I have so many requested ships to do, I don't even know why I'm doing this...
Of course, there is no dialogue so it might hurt your eyes.
_____________________________________________________The rain poured down onto the little cube of green slime, the water splashing onto the stone and grass of the steep mountain. It hopped along the rocks and the narrow path leading up the mountain, the rain making the rocks slippery. The little slime was beginning to struggle with sticking to the stone, the rain moistening it and making it easier for him to fall apart and struggle to stick onto solid surfaces.
The Nightmares had driven him away from his master; spooked like a young kitten. He missed the human that took care of him and fed him. A part of the little creature even missed that hybrid that his master traveled with, and even seeing him now would give him some kind of happiness and hope. He had made it far to the north after that cold and dreary dark night when he felt like he was chased away by the monsters that pursued them. He hoped across grass, and sand, and murky dark mud until he had finally made it to these tall hills and mountains that touched the cloudy sky. It had been almost two weeks since he separated from his master, and even a little slime cube such as himself could become exhausted, cold, and starving.
He just wanted to see another one of his kind, but he found none. It did not even need to be another slime, just someone or something that could help him. He was scared, his small body jiggling and trembling as he sat on the rocks, looking up at the cave just a few feet away. He was so close yet so far to cover from being dreadfully soaked from the harsh condensation. Slimes were good at climbing, at least until the rain began to pour down almost as if the land was hit by a brutal hurricane.
He made another leap to the next stone, his body making a squishing sound as it hit the hard, wet rock. His body gripped the surface, the rain water pouring down the rocks and slipping underneath his tiny gelatinous body and weakening his sticky grip. Most slimes could push past setbacks like simple rain fall, but he was different. He was a bit smaller than others and more stubborn. His small size made it easier for the rain to melt him and wash his essence away.
He was a wanderer, which was how he became separated from his family and found his master in the first place. He felt so much regret for ever leaving the blonde human that fed him and treated him fairly well.
Suddenly, his grip failed and he began to fall. His small body slammed into rock after rock until he finally slammed back onto the soaked mud and grass on the ground. He let out a tiny whimper as he shook, looking back up in dismay. This was not going to work. He could already feel the rain water soaking into him, the water making him less sticky and slowly beginning to melt away from his solid form. If this became too much,he would fall apart and possibly die.
The tiny slime looked up, on the verge of crying before the darker green slime balls within his body that acted as his eyes rested on a creature standing tall a few feet away. It had purplish pink skin, ender particles rising from it's body. It's upper body moved up and down as it inhaled and exhaled, it's violet and purple eye different than other Enderman. Instead of facing straight forward, it's right eye looked to its right and left eye faced the left, yet it was still somehow able to see perfectly in front of itself. It was almost like some sort of mutant.
Slimey tried to hop forward to get to the one of a kind Enderman, but he felt his small body getting heavier and heavier. The heavy rainfall was beginning to take its toll on him, his body almost seeming to melt into the soil and grass, and it was not helping with the fact that it began to hail.
The Enderman tilted its head, growing concerned as it watched the little slime in distress. It whimpered and moved forward, only to cry out in pain as the droplets of rain touched it's pinkish purple skin. It looked down, watching steam rise as the water burned it's thin skin. The Enderman looked back up at Slimey who moved slowly in it's direction, but the poor little slime had no chance at making it on time. It looked up at the cave, getting an idea. A very dangerous and painful idea. This little guy needed help.
The little slime cried out, whimpering and shivering as he slowly melted away. Suddenly, there was loud ringing screech followed by something wrapping around his gelatinous body. The next thing the little creature knew, he was in someplace dark, while somewhat damp, it seemed safe.
The slime shook its body like a dog, attempting to get rid of the excess water covering the top layer of its gelatinous form. Once it felt dry enough, the slime cube finally looked up to see it's savior. And he looked up and up until he had to hop back in order to get view of the creature's face. Instantly, he recognized the familiar face, filled with a sense of joy as he hoped around. The derpy Enderman simply titled it's head and cooed. The slime cube finally stopped when he saw burns all over the Enderman's vibrant skin.
Water. It must have been the rain water.
He whimpered and moved away from the tall mutant, guilt taking hold. He was a slime cube, a creature incapable of guilt!... So why did he feel so horrible? He lifted himself up, filled with curiosity as the Enderman turned around and walked to the cave entrance. Was it going outside?! To Slimey's relief, it simply plopped down and sat on the stone ground, surprisingly smooth for being untouched by man.
Slimey listened to its heavy breathing, watching its shoulders bob up and down with each breath. The sound was accompanied by the rain and hail bouncing off from the ground, the cave at just the right position that none of the tiny balls of ice bounced into their comfortable shelter. The sounds were somewhat blissful, despite the horrific scene that had just occurred mere moments ago.
He simply stared as the Enderman as it too stared out into the open, admiring the tall mountains, the trees, the grass. It loved the smell of rainfall. If only it could enjoy the sensation of rain bouncing and sliding off from it's skin. Unfortunately, that never was to be.
The Enderman lifted it's head, looking over his shoulder as it heard a series of loud squishing sounds getting closer. It cooed as it saw the slime hop over to it, stopping by its side and joining it in gazing at the beautiful scenery. If it knew how, and if the slime had a proper functioning mouth, they both would have smiled.
Slimey nearly jumped when his new friend placed a clawed hand on both of it's sides, lifting him up from the ground. For a moment, he was filled with fear before his body was placed down upon a solid surface once more. The Enderman placed him on top of its head, giving up gruff notices as if it were giggling. Slimey felt a strange warmth inside of himself, similar to what he had felt with his old master. A joy, a sense of belonging. Love.
For the remainder of the storm, they both watched the rain together, letting bliss sweep over them. For the first time in awhile, they both no longer felt alone.
