(I am so sorry if this makes you feel uncomfortable EndyDaHauntedPotatoe, but you suggested it! It is graphic but I tried to tune it down a bit. Not much though... I guess I've just gotten used to it *spine shivers in disgust*)

It was late into the night, the streets filled with calm silence, desolate of any life. The summer wind blew through the streets and alleyways, giving a faint whistle. Stars twinkled up above, the moons brilliant glow transforming the world below into a luminous fantasy world. The citizens of Emerald city laid resting in their beds, enjoying the bliss of dreams and rest. However, in one household, one soul laid in her bed restlessly.
Endy laid beneath the sheets, her back turned away from her husband who lightly snored beside her. He was curled up, as he usually did so when not cuddling with her. Her violet eyes, one glazed over from being blind, stared at her wedding ring she had set aside on the bedside cabinet earlier in the night. They were married...so her thoughts were not wrong to have, right? She loved him, even if he did lack any sense of self preservation. She wanted this, but...she was scared.
With a soft sigh, the girl sat up, the mattress giving a light creek beneath herself. Her body had accidentally tugged the sheets over their bodies, which was tucked on Xavier's right side as if he were a child. His eyes fluttered open as he released a soft groan, moonlight from the window reflecting into his olive green eyes. Endy jumped as he made his little sound, watching with a racing heart as he picked himself up into a sitting position, rubbing his eyes with a yawn.

"Endy? Why are you up, las? Bad dream?"

Endy's face ignited as he scooted close, their arms and bare legs now touching. She wore her usually landray beneath her short lace raisin colored nightgown, while he only wore his boxers. She remember back when they first began to share the same bed how she felt uncomfortable with it so he stayed in his clothes for the night. Overtime, after the wedding and honeymoon, she felt more comfortable with allowing him to sleep in such a way, despite never having been physically intimate aside from kissing, hand holding, and hugs.
As Xavier's hand wrapped around hers, with his body pressed against her, he was alarmed to feel her trembling, almost hearing the racing beats of her heart.

"Darling, is everything alright?"

His hand lifted, gently stroking her cheek to soothe his companion. Her body shuddered, causing him to retract his hand, worry crawling around his brain. They looked deep into each other's eyes, the girl rubbing her arm with deep blushed cheeks. Her quivering lips parted, but the words were caught in her throat. She never imagined having thoughts like these, then again she never imagined falling in love either.

It took a few moments to collect her thoughts. "Xavier, I...Jane is growing up, and in a few years she won't need us anymore."

The spy's eyes downcast, a tiny pout on his lips. He did not want his baby girl to leave him, but he too knew that it was inevitable. Endy, after meeting them, was always a motherly type. She loved taking care of Jane, being someone that a child could look up to. She even ran a school house all on her own, and that he was proud of. He sighed, opening his mouth to say that they still had a few years before she was old enough to live on her own, but Endy's position had not wavered.

"I...I want a baby! W-with you." Her pale face had become taken over by deep pink.

The chestnut haired also developed a warm blush, though not as intense as his partner's. His heart was pounding as he took in her words. Another child? He would not mind, he did want another kid, but...with what happened to Jane and Sylvia, he was hesitant. Jane still had nightmares of that event. If they had a child together, would he be able to protect them? To keep them away from the horrors like what occurred that night? A tight pressure filled his chest.
