Winston knew it was slowly getting worse, but he didn't think it had gotten that bad, bad enough that Adrianne would try to kill Kyoko with her eyes closed. Which was as bad as stabbing a follow Doiteain Soldier in the back.
If what Sheikh had told him was true, and he doubted Sheikh would have lied to him about it. Not about something this serious would have lied to him about it. Not about something this serious and it would mean he would have to bring it up with Talia.
Conner as well, as if he was back.
They couldn't have people like that on the force. Sure, there were a few Warriors that preferred not to work with Mages and some Mages that preferred not to work with Warriors, but none of them would try to kill them with they were placed on the same team.
If anyone had learnt what Adrianne had tried to do, no one would trust her. Which would put the whole mission at risk, not only the mission but their very lives.
Winston doubted that Adrianne would understand the impact her actions had, would have on the rest of her life. If Kyoko and Sheikh were petty enough to tell everyone what had happened, Sienna and Caspar's business would do down and they would lose everything they owned.
The Haruka family name would be pulled through the mud, even those who hated Mages would only see the cowardliness of attacking a follow Soldier with their eyes closed, or back turned.
Winston doubted that Sienna and Caspar didn't know the damage their daughter had caused. They weren't in a war, where morals could be put to the side to stay alive. To keep your team alive, sighing, he pulled a scroll and a pen from his bag, he would need to write down what Kyoko and Sheikh had told him. Before he forgot.
He was pretty sure both Conner and Talia would reach fair judgements, Talia was known for being level-headed, while Conner was used to dealing with adults who hated half the room.
A war zone was easier to deal with, at least Winston had thought it was. The enemy was clear, it was sink or swim. Nothing more and nothing less.
Sheikh looked at what he was writing, narrowing his eyes before telling Winston about the other times Adrianne had tried attacking Kyoko. Their conversation, what they had called each other, while Kyoko never went above the childish insult of 'idiot' or 'moron'.
While Adrianne language wasn't childish, it made him glad that Adrianne never met Kiya or Clasrissa had never met her, nor would they.
"I'll have to leave this to Talia and Conner's judgement," he told him. Adrianne was a bully, a pain and simple, he wondered how she had passed with such an extreme view.
"She won't be kinder to Adrianne?" Sheikh asked him narrowing his eyes as he looked at her. "She's a Warrior after all."
"You don't have to worry," Winston told him, smiling as he messed up his hair. Winston wondered how much trust he had lost with his other two students. "Talia will most likely get Mrs Blackwater and Mr Stromheart to help her with the case, Conner if he's there."
Sheikh nodded his head, before looking towards the thick fog that made it hard to see. He knew that Kyoko was keeping their path clear, he didn't know how far ahead she could see. He knew she was doing her best, she wasn't a Water Mage. So it wasn't like she could control the fog around them.

Kyoko sighed as she allowed the fog to thicken around them, she had a bad feeling that something horrid might happen if she allowed them to be spotted. Spotted by who? She didn't know.
Something that she didn't know if she could, so it was better to just make sure they weren't spotted in the first place. She didn't know what Stanley was hiding, Jakob was hiding the same thing and she didn't know what it was
