Sheikh blinked when he felt something poke him in the side, quickly sitting up and grabbing it. He blinked when he pulled and someone with red hair fall forward. Catching her, he was able to put together what happened quickly.
It looked like Kyoko had poked him in the side with her staff, he was just glad that he hadn't screamed. Since that would mean he'd wake up the lighter sleepers in the Neci Compound.
Which would have been a shitty thing to, since they had Academy or Pre-Academy in the morning. Along with being tortured by Ceilidh and Luisa in the morning. Not only that, but he didn't want Dean or Jamie to see the position he and his younger sister were in when she landed.
"Morning," Kyoko told him, pushing herself up and scowling as she pulled her fingers through her hair. "Winston's here."
"I'll let him in," Sheikh told her.
Winston just looked at him, most likely due to the fact that neither he nor Kyoko were dressed. Boxes balancing in his hands while he carried two bags on his shoulders. Nodding, Sheikh took the three boxes out of his hands before walking towards the dining room.
Kyoko walking just behind him, leaving Winston to follow them quickly.
"Kyoko, could you?" Winston asked while pointing to his larger bag, his little sister just nodded before sealing said bag into a scroll and then her bracelet. Like she had done with her stuff the night before. "I'm surprised to find you at Sheikh's, saves me time, but why?"
"I have a spare room here," Kyoko simply told him, looking at her loose pants. "Like you said, it's easier to stay at Sheikh's then at my place."
"Have you sealed Sheikh's things?" Winston asked.
"Last night," Kyoko told him.
"Will you seal Adrianne's?" Winston asked, already going through his smaller bag.
"I only seal things for teammates," Kyoko told him.
"And she's nothing," Sheikh told him.
"How about a trade?" Winston asked her. Showing four large books, placing them on the table. "Promise you'll seal Adrianne's things, and these are yours."
Kyoko looked at the stack of books, before looking at Winston and she sighed. Almost as if she had to choose to either keep her arm and having painful healing, or lose it and be saved from that pain.
"I'll do it," she told him. "Adrianne's still not a teammate, I"m just accepting payment."
"She's more like a leech," Sheikh added, putting his fingers under his mouth. "Only they're more useful in a fight."
"Cause they're blood suckers," Kyoko chimed in.
"Charis made breakfast," Winston told them, their names written on the edge of the boxes. "Afterwards, you two will need to get dressed, quickly."
"Thank you," Kyoko told him, while picking hers from the top of the pile. Allowing him to get his own, Winston's left in front of him.
"We'll be meeting at the gate after your ready," Winston told them, Kyoko's cheeks covered in face. Sheikh cleaning it off before she could protest, some of his new clansman were messy eaters afterall.
"You're both as bad as each other," Kyoko told them both, huffing as she went back to her breakfast.
"When?" Sheikh asked.
"Twin's birthday," Winston told him, amused as she glared at them. "She had icing on her face."
"Anyway," Kyoko said, Sheikh looking at her with amusement and he was sure Winston wasn't that far behind. "I doubled checked that Sheikh and I had everything. I won't doubt check for the idiot, but I've grabbed another set of daggers to be on the safe side."
