Saber's POV

"Hey handsome." Sabrina practically purrs at me, strutting over to me. Sabrina acting like Sabrina but in Nia's body sends conflicting messages through my body, so I close my eyes and step away from her.

"Leave me alone Sabbie, I don't want to be with you, I'm with Nia." I order her, dodging her attempts.

"But we're practically the same person!" She argues. I open my eyes as I respond to her

"No, you're not. Nia is different from you.  Please stop, we need to have a serious talk. You need to put down that wall keeping Amaro out, you don't have to talk to him, just allow him in the room temporarily so he can discuss this with us."

"Why not just leave the room and talk to him?" Sabrina asks in a snotty voice.

"We need privacy, and this room has sound-proof barriers." I answer, staying calm. Sabrina shrugs, agreeing

"Okay." She closes her eyes and lifts her hands slowly, then bringing them down harshly, opening her eyes afterwards. "It's down. Try having fun without me." She winks and closes her eyes again as a slight tremor goes through her, and Nia is back.

"Nia?" I cautiously ask, not trusting that it's actually her. Sabrina might be playing a trick on me.

"Yeah?" She replies softly, putting her hand to her head and moving to sit on the edge of her bed with closed eyes. I sit next to her, taking her hand in mine.

"Nia, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, I just have a headache after all of that body switching. It was really weird to see and hear Sabrina interacting with you like it was me doing it, but I couldn't control my actions. I don't suggest it." She groans and I massage her temples, something I know helps with her headaches. I tell her

"You know, eventually we'll be able to do something similar with each other through our connection. Apparently, we'll be able to tap into each other's senses." She cringes, and responds

"Sorry Saber, but I don't think I'll ever do that with you unless it's absolutely necessary. It's just too weird, and it will always remind me of this moment where my other half was flirting with you."

"I understand, don't worry." I say to her. She is about to reply when suddenly, her bedroom door is thrown open and I am hit in the chest, causing me to launch across the room painfully into the wall. I groan and stand, seeing Nia glaring ferociously at Amaro while he stares at her with complete love and devotion in his eyes.

Nia's POV

"Ugh, he's such an idiot. He thinks you're me. Hey, do me a favor, punch him in the face. Real hard." Sabrina chatters away to me. I growl lowly at Amaro and strongly punch him in the face, for Saber and Sabrina. "Atta girl! Nice punch."

"Thanks." I reply to her. "Don't touch Saber, jerk." I stride over to Saber and make sure he's okay. I can feel a bit of pain thrumming through my entire body, but especially in my chest and back. "Saber, are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Don't worry about me." I slightly rise to kiss his cheek, and from behind me I hear a guttural growl.

"Sabrina, what are you doing with him?" Amaro sneers. I growl and turn around, prowling over to him with anger shining in my eyes. I grab his shirt with both hands and explain the situation, rage evident in my voice.

"Listen here bud, I am not in the mood to fight you right now, but if you attack Saber again, I will attack you. That punch was nothing. Also, another important thing to know, I'm not Sabrina. I'm Nia. Sabrina and I are somehow in a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde situation, with her being Mr. Hyde who comes out to play when I get really mad. But, she doesn't want to see you, so count yourself lucky that all you got was a punch in the face."
