"WOW KLAUS. Got some fifty shades of grey up in here," Ariel chuckled as she saw Connor was chained to a wooden board.

Klaus rolled his eyes at her. "You're lucky I like you. Now, when is Kol coming back again so you don't have to be at my side every second of the day?"

"Tomorrow. And you know you enjoy my company." Ariel and Klaus have finally been getting along over the past twenty-four hours. Connor had requested that Klaus bring Ariel so she could get him to speak.

Stefan appeared out of the dark and came up to the two. "Anything out of him yet?"

"Yes, Stefan, you may enter my home," Klaus sarcastically stated.

"Nothing yet," Ariel told Stefan, ignoring Klaus. "But he said he would only answer to me."

Ariel motioned for the two men to get out of the room. Once they did, she sat down on the couch. "So, you going to talk or what?"

Connor readjusted himself before he spoke, "A few years ago when I was serving in Iraq, one of the men I was with said I had the mark. He then started to explain how he had this destiny to kill vampires, like it was inscribed in his DNA. He told me I was a potential. One day, I got the tattoo and every time I killed a vampire it grew."

"Do you know what the tattoo is saying?" Ariel asked.

"Nope," The hunter sighed. "But I think your buddy Klaus knows something. And also, your friend Jeremy, I saw the mark on him too."

As if on cue, the door burst open and Jeremy came in with a pad of paper and a pencil. "Jer what are you doing here?"

"Klaus wants me to draw out his tattoo," He said sitting down next to the angel.

"See this is what I don't get!" Connor groaned. "You are friends with vampires. You let vampires control your life. I don't understand how you could be a hunter if you're a sympathizer?"

"What exactly do you understand?" Jeremy fired back. "Cause a couple days ago you seemed to have all the answers and now you know jack. Where did this tattoo come from anyways?"

And so Connor told Jeremy the same exact story he told Ariel. The angel the remembered her vision of Kol she had a while ago. Jeremy killed him...was this the start of Jeremy killing vampires?

"Nice lines." Klaus had come in about twenty minutes later to check up on Jeremy. "Now, if you could just hurry it up a little bit."

Jeremy sat up and gave him the drawing. "I'm done."

"What is this?"

"It's the tattoo," Once Jeremy said that, Klaus wrapped his hand around his throat.

Ariel was contemplating on whether to step in or not. Jeremy was her friend and she protected the ones she cared about, but if he died right now Ariel would not worry about her vision.

"I've seen the tattoo you repugnant punk!" Klaus yelled at him. "There's more to it."

"No there's not!" Ariel finally intervened between the two, giving Klaus an apologetic look. "He said every time he kills a vampire, the mark spreads."

Klaus let Jeremy go and called in one of his hybrids. "Ariel, take Jeremy home."

Ariel quickly took Jeremy's arm and brought him out to her car. They got in and she stared to drive off.

"Thanks," Jeremy said after a couple minutes of silence. "You've always been there to save me."

Ariel gripped the steering wheel tightly as she didn't want to say anything about what he would to her soulmate in the future. "You're welcome. You don't deserve to die."

Ariel pulled up to the Gilbert house and saw a man standing in the driveway. She was about to honk, but the man turned around. "Kol!"

The angel got out of the car and ran into the arms of the love of her life. Jeremy awkwardly got out of the car and went up to them.

"Jeremy mate, I wanna kiss my girlfriend and you're awkwardly standing here," Kol teased as he saw the human (soon to be hunter) standing a couple feet away from them.

"I'll see you two later then," Jeremy waved goodbye and walked into the house.

Kol then finally took the opportunity and kissed his beloved angel. "God I've missed you."
