"EARTH TO Ariel! You just missed me take out Matt's ass." She turned her head at Jeremy's voice to see her closest friend on the ground. She cracked a strained smile, but it was obviously fake. Kol hadn't returned any of her calls and she had no idea where he went.

Damon walked over to them and scoffed, "Wow you took out the quarterback. Woo hoo." He threw Jeremy a stake from the table and stood tall, "Come on. Come at me."

Jeremy ran after him, but swung and missed. Damon grabbed him by the neck and faced him towards the other two. "And now if I just apply a little pressure–"

Ariel ran up to Damon and threw him against a tree. "And that's how you defeat a vampire gentlemen."

She walked up the steps to the lake cabin and went inside. Her phone started to ring once she sat down, "Hello?"

"Best friend! How are you?" Rebekah asked over the phone. The angel smiled when she heard her voice. "I am dagger free and ready to hang out with you; well, after I deal with Elena."

"Ah yes, put her in her place Bekah," Ariel smirked. "Um, I know this is off topic but–"

Rebekah interrupted her, knowing that something must've happened between her brother Ariel. "I haven't heard from him either since I've woken up. What was the fight about?"

"I wanted him to take the cure." Ariel should've known Kol would never want to take it the cure. "I know it was stupid. I just – I thought of a human life with him and it seemed perfect."

Rebekah sighed as she continued to walk through the hallways of Mystic Falls high school. "He'll come around soon. Kol just doesn't like it when people remind or ask him anything human related. I don't know why, it's just a topic he gets touchy on."

"But don't worry," The blonde continued. "Kol can't stay mad at you for long."

Ariel nodded and sighed. "Just please tell me of you hear from him, okay?"

"Of course I will." Rebekah hung up after that, going on to continue what she had in store for Elena.

A truck pulled up and Ariel recognized it to be the same pizza place. All the boys were ordering was pizza and the angel was getting very sick of it. She walked outside and leaned against the door.

"Double pepperoni three days in a row. You guys eat anything else?" The blonde pizza girl walked up with the boxes to the group.

"Why, are you offering?" Damon popped up behind her and smirked. The girl was taken aback a little, but calmed down when he handed her a lot of money. "Here's some extra cash to cut off the pizza pipeline for a couple days. No matter how much they ask, never come back."

The blonde mumbled an apology before retreating back to her car. Ariel walked down towards Damon and opened the box. She took a slice of pizza and ate it as there was actually nothing else to eat.

"What, you're going to starve us now?" Jeremy questioned Damon.

"Jer, you gotta learn how to defend yourself from vampires," Ariel stated. She turned back towards the lake and then back at Jeremy. "Run around the lake now; twice."
