I've chosen to be happy all day long, no matter what happens I'll stay calm and positive. Nothing will bring me down, not even my family, I'm done with them.

I woke up earlier to do my makeup better than usual, I've chosen nice clothes to wear, a floral skirt and a pink cheer t-shirt with my baby pink colored converse and I look extremely girly today, I love it. I didn't curl my hair because I notice I was damaging it, curling it several days a week doesn't feel very good for my long hair, so instead I leave it on its natural state, straight.

Despite the bad moments I had yesterday, I'm prepared to face them and try to solve them, just how Jasmine said. I will be ready for everything and I truly mean it.

I check myself once more in the mirror before going downstairs, I feel good and therefore I look good. I walk down to get my breakfast and I know I said I wanted to be positive today but I don't want to talk to my parents, I'm tired of them always telling me what to do, they should tell the same stuff they tell me to Rebecca, she needs more advice than I do.

My mom and dad are already eating and my sister is picking up her plates when I arrive, they ate earlier than usual, that's weird.

"Honey, we ate all the waffles." My mom informs me when she notices me standing in the kitchen. She brings the last piece of her waffle to her mouth, as if she wanted to show off her delicious morning food. "You can eat cereal." She says and continues eating. My dad doesn't say a word but I hear Becca laughing in the background. Calm down Allie, today is a great day.

"Thank you." I sarcastically say. I grab a bowl, then I put in honey bunches, my favorite cereal, and milk. I would have preferred eating waffles, but cereal doesn't bother me, I actually like it quite a bit more than waffles. I sit down next to my dad and my sister goes away to grab her stuff before leaving the house.

"Did you sleep well?" My dad asks, bringing his cup of coffee to his lips and then takes a big sip of the delicious energetic substance.

"Yeah." I say and smile. I know he senses my awkward attitude but in the very inside of his brain he knows that he and my mom are doing wrong at educating my sister and me, they're treating her like a princess and they're treating me like a frog.

I don't talk during breakfast. My mom makes some random comments to my dad and vice versa, nothing serious.

I felt their glance exchanging but I pretended I wasn't paying attention to their actions. The only way I don't get accused or punished by something is by doing nothing, that's what I'm going to do from now on.

I arrive to school and Zach is in the parking lot when I get down from my car. I wave at him and he approaches to my car and waits for me to get all my things out.

"Hey." He says when I close the door of my car.

"Hey!" I say with excitement in my voice. I feel the energy running through my veins, so powerful.

"You look happy." He points out and smiles.

"I feel happy." I tell him and smile back. I will end the day with pain on my cheeks from smiling too much.

We start walking to the school's entrance. "Well, I have two oral exams today, not exciting." He says laughing. That's what I like about Zach, he is going through rough moments but still finds a way to laugh and feel good about himself.

"You'll do great." I place my hand on his shoulder and squeeze it lightly, "You always do." I say and move my hand back to my side.

"I'll get higher grades than you this period." He says with a smirk on his face. He looks so naughty sometimes, it's hilarious.
