I lie down on my back
Staring at the sky
I can't fall asleep
No one knows why

My parents worry,
My doctors perform tests
My head is a flurry
My brain filled of bird nests

As I breathe,
I feel the weight
I see the devil
And his bait

I realise my fait
My death so near
I can hardly wait,
Swallowing my fear
