Harry ended up not talking to Louis later that day and he promised himself he would do it the next day as soon as possible.

Moreover, that's what he's doing right now.

He knocks on the door and is not very surprised that Frank is the one to open it.

The American boy doesn't even say 'hi', he just turns his head towards what Harry believes is Louis and says "It's Harry".

After a few seconds, Frank turns his attention back to the curly haired boy standing in front of him. "You can go in...I'll be with Niall," he says before walking out of the room so Harry can walk in.

The curly haired boy is nervous and when he enters the room, his heart is just hammering in his chest; he's sweating and hoping that Louis can't see how flushed he's getting.

Louis is also nervous because he's been avoiding Harry for three days now, but he's still not ready to talk to him.

"So...how are you?" Harry question, being the first to break the agonizing silence. "I'm okay," the feathery-haired boy responds "But please don't ask me what my decision is... I haven't come to that conclusion yet," he adds leaning forward a little and resting his elbows on his legs.

"There's no rush," Harry says with his hands up in defense, before leaning back on the couch and crossing his arms.

"I just don't want you to have a breakdown like you did last time," he adds and Louis sighs "It was the first time that happened, but like people say 'there's a first time for everything,'" he informs.

"I think we should take a break," Harry says after a while of silence and Louis looks at him with a questioning look "What you mean?" he asks.

"We should break up," Harry says and Louis looks at him wide-eyed, "Don't worry, it's just so you can sort out your feelings properly...no one will get hurt this way," the curly boy explains. "And if you choose Zayn, in the end, I'll be okay with it," he adds, but he can see that Louis isn't very fond of the idea. "It's better this way, trust me...or we'll just end up having this weird love-triangle thing again," he adds and Louis looks a little calmer.

"So...do we have a deal?" Harry questions "We'll still be friends, though, right?" the younger of the two asks in response. "Sure, why not?" Harry shrugs and Louis stands up, walking closer to Harry and the curly haired boy mirrors his movements. "Deal," the shorter of the two says as they shake hands.

"He what?" Frank questions after hearing about Louis' and Harry's conversation. "You heard me...don't make me repeat it," Louis informs rolling his eyes. "How didn't I suggest that?" Frank says to himself, but Louis can hear him, "Because that's kinda harsh you know, especially after dating for a few months," he responds.

"Yeah you're right...sorry," the shorter of the two says "But he does have a good reason you know," he adds looking at his friend. "No one will get hurt?" Louis half-questions, "No one will get hurt," Frank confirms before turning on his back, Louis mirroring his movements.

"I still feel bad though," the taller of the two, informs "He was the one who broke up, you don't need to feel bad about it...just do as we both said 'sort out your feelings'," Frank explains and Louis nods his head, even though Frank can't see it.

It's already dark and their lights are out. "Good night Frankie," he says, "Night Lou," Frank says back, before the room fills with silence and they both fall asleep.
