Chapter Fourteen: Christmas...I Cannot Believe He Actually Did Christmas

     After a few days of sitting in the car and my butt becoming numb, we finally came to his other safe place or he's friends... I honestly didn't care anymore I just wanted to get out of that car.  He poked me, and I opened my eyes...did I....was I asleep?
"Yes?" I asked.
"We here" he said.
"Oh THANK GOD! I need to SERIOUSLY stretch my legs! I got off of his shoulder and....wait....oh shit.
I was out of the car when I finally realized it, and I looked at the ground.
"What?" He asked. I looked up.
"Nothing"  I said "uh, let's go."
It was dark outside and I closed the car door and looked up.
"Uh where's the house there's no--" suddenly the house popped up in little squares like glitter or something... like just magically came.
"Whoa" I said. I was truly amazed. The architecture on this was amazing it looked like Tony Stark's tower....but in a white sphere form, with little tintinted diamond windows...it was truly amazing.
"I know right, David's a tech billionaire" he said.
"Nice architecture...the windows the form it's amazing, I mean, I never thought of this, this is so futuristic, oh my God it's amazing! It's not even like 2017, it's like 3017 or..." I realized I was rambling whenever Aiden gave me that look. He was so confused.
"Let's just go in" I quickly walked to the front door.
"WHOA! ALICE! I WOULDN'T DO THAT!" He grabbed my arm and pulled me to himself. A huge arm with a fist can out and smashed the spot I was in two seconds ago.
"Oh my god..." I said in amazement.
"Yeah you could've died--"
"No that was awesome! HOLY MOTHER OF MARY! HOW IS THAT INCLUDED INTO THIS! OH MY GOD WHO BUILT THIS!" I was truly amazed. Aiden just sat there and looked at me like I was insane.
"There is seriously something wrong with you" he said. But I knew he liked the big robotic fist thing, too, even if he wouldn't admit it. Although, I did almost die.
"MY FRIEND! DAVE!" he yelled at the camera, "WE COME IN PEACE! SORRY I DIDN'T CALL YOU MY PHONE GOT EXPLODED!"
"Dude what's the password?" A guy said in the microphone. Probably David.
"DUDE, ha, SERIOUSLY!" Aiden yelled.
"PASSWORD." David said.
Aiden sighed, "Fine. We will, we will, rock you." He clapped his hands and stomped his feet to the beat of "We Will Rock You" by Queen.
"Oh my god...." I was trying so hard not to laugh.
"DON'T laugh" Aiden said.
I couldn't hold it anymore, I bursted into laughter.
"It's a bomb song but you looked so FUNNY WHILE DOING IT!" I was laughing so hard I squeaked at the end.
"Oh you think this is funny?" Aiden looked at me from the side.
"OH SO VERY MUCH!" I laughed slapping my knee and could barley breath.
Once I pulled myself together and actually started breathing again, the hidden door finally opened. Legit I didn't see the door until it was opened....so cool.
We walked in and I was more amazed by what was inside than what was outside. It was totally tech just like Tony Stark's tower, but with really dark walls and everything tech was the only lighting that I saw. It was so cool. There were plans of engines, and houses, and computers, and even some tech art or whatever you want to call it, of space and astronomy. Amazing idea since the place was dark.
My god the inside is so much greater than the outside, the minute I thought of that I looked up at the six foot giant next to me with shaggy messy black hair, and eyes like shining hazelnuts.
I kept staring at his hazel eyes.
He finally looked back at me "What?"
And I realized that I stared at him for to long, "Umm nothing just something in your hair" I touched his hair and I've never felt anything softer.
"Uh, there I got it out" I said.
"Okay you two, sorry the break up the moment, but I think I need to show you guys to your room, and you look like you need it because you both look like wrecks" David had long curly like brown hair and freckles on his face. He was wearing a nice suit and was waving the keys.
"Excuse me, room?" I asked.
"Aiden said it was okay" David said, " I mean you are his girlfriend right?"
"Uhh, partners and you agre--" I turned to Aiden.
"Oh partners" David said. Then I realized.
"OH N-N-N-N-NO, you got the wrong idea, I mean partners together as in working together to solve a case like the FBI or something like that" I said.
David laughed "I'm messing with you."
"Oh" I said and turned back to Aiden, "You agreed to the sharing a room thing?"
"Yeah" Aiden said.
"You didn't think I would have a problem with it?"
"Nope. Because the room he is talking about is a whole suite" he said.
"Wait what?" I looked at Aiden, then David, then back to Aiden.
"Come with me" David said.
Aiden and I followed David around his Tony Stark, sphere, smart house (which was TOTALLY AWESOME and I was amazed with every detail).
We went up the stairs that were totally modern and new to architecture, I was baffled. We went up to this huge hallway. That was actually now bright with white walls and some bright paintings. Most of the light was natural although the huge windows were tinted.
"This place is amazing and full of surprises" I said.
"You like it?" David asked.
"Are you kidding me, this place is amazing!" I said.
David chuckled "Architect?"
"Yeah" Aiden and I said in unison. We looked at each other.
"What a shame you too aren't together, you'd be a cute couple" David said, "anyways this is your room." He opened the door, "Fresh clothes for you guys and, uh, the Christmas decorations you requested."
"I told you we were doing Christmas" Aiden said.
"But there's no--" I looked at the Christmas tree and there were presents under it.
"You requested presents?"
"Yeah, not much, but I thought you wanted some, and it's Christmas Eve, I mean, c'mon" Aiden said.
I cannot believe he actually did Christmas, I thought.
"Plus, Dave owed me a favor, so" Aiden motioned toward David.
"Yep, well I gotta go, you two get cleaned up. Please" David left the keys on the nightstand.
"Okay then, well time to clean up."
