Chapter Twenty -- Three: Explain Please

Alice POV:
When I went to sleep I slipped into deep sleep.....and then ended up in the back of car.
"Ughh what the --?" I looked up for a split second and I saw Peggy.
"Peggy?" She looked in the rearview mirror and reached my gaze, "Alice! What the hell?! How did you get in my car?! I didn't see you there?! What the fuck?! Where have you been?! You didn't die in that fire?! Was that really you on the train?! What happend?! How did I survive?! How are you alive?! What the hell Alice?! Where have you been all these years and --"
"PEGGY! All of you're questions will be answered just settle down, damn" I said; raising my hands in surrender.
I took a deep breath in, "the night of the fire I walked all the way into New York City. I was walking the streets alone until I found some cops" from there I told her everything. Peggy was real quiet and being a good listener. I explained to her about my weird genetic powers and where I was for the past ten years. She was extremely shocked. I was glad we didn't crash.
"Wow, and you didn't even come to find me?" Peggy asked.
"I - Peggy I tried. And Fa Liang told me every time it was too dangerous and I would've also put you in danger. You shouldn't be here. You shouldn't be in the middle of this Peggy" I said.
"I'm looking for you" Peggy said.
"Well you found me."
"Well I only found your....out of body like...whatever. I wanna find YOU. The real you. Not you're mind and soul, all of you."
I sighed "Fine. I'll give you directions on where to find me just -- don't get involved with this war. Stay in the house always and if someone I swear if someone tries to get you.... you LEAVE."
"I'm not leaving you. Not again."
"Peggy."
"ALICE ELIZABETH SILVERTOUNGE! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU!"
"YOU WILL EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRAG YOU OUT MYSELF! PEGGY LISTEN TO ME!"
Peggy pulled over to the side of the road "NO YOU LISTEN TO ME! I'VE BEEN THROUGH HELL THESE PAST TEN YEARS! I FREAKING LOVE YOU! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU TO DIE IN SOME PUTlRPLE HEADED PYSCHO FREAK!"
I stayed quiet when Peggy got like this I learned to stay quiet.
"I FUCKING LOVE YOU! You're my family Alice. My BEST FRIEND! I'm not leaving."
"FINE. I'll DRAG you out of the house myself."
"GOD YOU'RE SO FUCKING STUBBORN!"
"I LEARNED FROM THE BEST!"
"UGHH!"
"UGGH!"
We both screamed at each other, crossed our arms, and gave each other the silent treatment. This is how we always worked things out. We fought for twenty minutes, stayed quiet for twenty minutes, and then one of us gave up. Usually it was Peggy. I was too stubborn, but as I said before I learned from the best.
Which was Peggy. As she got older she got less stubborn and since I was younger I always stayed stubborn.
"FINE. I agree to your terms" Peggy finally gave in after twenty minutes......and fifteen seconds.
"Great. Now, let's go to the safe house" I sat up.
Peggy turned back onto the road and off we both went.

Peggy's POV:
I'm not agreeing to her terms. I'm staying with her. I gave her a promise to her that we would both grow old together, and have sleepovers, and chase hot young guys around on our old lady scooters, I thought.
I drove for hours while Alice told me which way to turn, and told me some more of what she has been happening lately.
"So Fa Ling died?" I asked.
"Liang. And yes" Alice replied as she looked down. She was really sad she lost this guy. Well I guess because he was a father to him, I wondered.
"Take a left. Go straight and you'll see it on your -- uh!" Alice glitched.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I'm getting closer to my body soon I'll be going. And on your right you'll see me there in enoug--" Glitch. "Enough time."
"Alice...?" I was worried about her.
"UHMMM!" She grunted.
"I GOTTA...go" she whispered the last word as she disappeared and I turned into a huge futuristic-looking sphere house.
"Whoa" I parked the car.

Aiden' s POV:
I woke up after Alice came to life with a gasp. Sometimes she scared the living shit out of me when she woke up, and sometimes it was hilarious when she woke up because she looked like she was rising from the grave like  a zombie. I always tried not to laugh.
"Alice? Are you okay?" I asked while I turned over and sat up.
She exhaled, " Peggy's coming" she breathed. 
"Who's Peggy?" I asked.
"My childhood and present day best friend. She's like family." She explained.
"Oh, well, when is she coming?"
"She should be in the front right now. You need to tell David to shut off the security defense" she said.
"Okay I'm on --"
"PERIMETER BREECH WHEEE OOH WHEE OOH PERIMETER BREECH!"
"Too late" I said as I got up quickly and ran for the door to tell David to calm down.
I ran to the survalence room "David cut it out. That's a friend" i said.
"Oh why didn't you just call me and tell me we were expecting her?" David asked as he stood down.
"Because I just figured out two minutes ago" I exhaled.
"What?" He asked.
"Nevermind just stand down" I said,  walking back to the room to change.
When I got back Alice had already left. I put on a pair a jeans, a shirt, and a pair of shoes. I scratched my head and made my way to the front.

Alice's POV:
I put on some jeans and boots, and put my hair in a ponytail as i ran to the front. I didn't care about my messy hair or any oral care as I ran to the front. All I cares about was my long lost best friend Peggy. I ran down the flights of stairs and out the front door as I tackled Peggy to the ground. No literally. I tackled her in hug.
"Jesus Christ I missed you" I cried. I tried not to, but I cried. I cried until it would seem like I was dehydrated. She left a puddle on my shirt. Then I pulled from the hug, stood up, and punched her in the arm "Don't you ever tried to kill yourself again! Do you know how much I love you! I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you were gone out of my life! My god I fucking love YOU!" I flipped her over my back and onto the ground.
"MY GOD I FUCKING LOVE YOU SO MUCH! GET YOUR ASS UP AND HUG ME YOU, YOU LOVELY PEICE OF SUNSHINE YOU!"
She got up and hugged me again.
Aiden walked out in some new clothes "What did I miss?"
I cried in my friends shirt even more as she cried and laughed in my shirt. She was short so her face was in my chest, but I didn't care.
"Uhh are you two okay?" Aiden asked.
"Fine we're just fine" I said softly as I cried.
"I love you" Peggy said.
"I fucking love you too" I said.
"Awe this is the cutest thing I've ever seen in my life! Imma cry real quick!" David said on the com.
"What the -- David what?" Aiden asked.

So guys how did you like it? I want to say that Peggy was inspired by anxious_cyn and soon many other characters in other books will be inspired my other best friends. David kind of inspired by Mysterious_Is_Me . Because they both have a great personality and are genuinely awesome. Peggy is a bit quiet and has a tough life but is the best person you could ever possibly meet. Thank you guys for inspiring my characters every day.
