*Adrianne's POV*

"Here sweetie." Amanda said coming over to my side. "This is Lauren. She's a paramedic. And she's going to come with us."

I followed Amanda and Lauren into the back where there was a small room with some medical supplies in it.

"Okay, can you take the blanket off for me?" Lauren said sweetly. "I need to see all the injuries."

I slowly removed the blanket and dropped it on the floor. Lauren went over my entire body cleaning up the cuts and bruises.

"Okay, you can change into these now." Amanda said handing me a set of clothes that looked like mine. "Mrs. Seager brought them in for you."

I changed into the clothes that Jody had brought in for me then followed Amanda into a room which looked kind of like a break room.

"You must be hungry. Would you like something? You can have anything here." Amanda asked motioning to the piles of snacks on the counter.

I shook my head no and sat down in a chair. I couldn't eat now. I was starving earlier, but now I had no appetite.

"I take it you know about your mother." Amanda asked sitting down in front of me. I nodded.

"Well. That's what I brought you here to talk to you about. But if you already know than that cuts a little bit out." She started to say. "It's how your mother died that I think I should tell you."

I sat up in my chair interested. David had only told me that heard that my mother was dead. He never told me how she died.

"How did she die?" I asked timidly.

"Adrianne. She was shot. In the middle of the night." She answered slowly. "By your father."

I sank back down in my chair and began to sob. I brought my knees to my chest and held them close to me.

"Adrianne, there is something else that you need to know." She said slowly putting a hand on my shoulder. "Noah was also shot and killed."

I suddenly stopped crying and looked at her. She looked at me with apologetic eyes.

"I'll give you a little time." She said getting up and walking out of the room. Soon after Corey came in the room and picked me up off the chair and sat back down with me on his lap.

"I heard baby girl. It's okay." Corey said soothingly while rubbing my back. We stayed in this position while he rubbed my back and tried to calm me down.

"Lets get you back to the hotel." Corey said standing up and gently setting me down on the floor.

Corey and I went back to hotel and he dragged me into the shower with him. I'm not gonna lie though, a hot shower did feel really nice. Afterwards Corey and I went to the bed and I laid down. Corey soon joined me and pulled the covers over both of us. He scooted over as close as possible to me and wrapped his arms around me. There was no way I would be able to sleep if Corey wasn't laying next to me.

Jody and I flew back to my house and helped me set up everything for the funeral. It was a really hard thing to do for, but I was thankful that Jody was there to support me.

"I know it's hard sweetie. But I just want to remind you that you always have us." Jody said hugging me tightly.

"Thank you." I said hugging her back.

The funeral was in a couple of hours and I'm not sure I was ready for it. I was extremely tired. I hadn't been sleeping at night because whenever I fell asleep I just had flashbacks and nightmares of what had happened. So my way of solving that was just not sleeping. I'm also not sure I would be able to handle all of this. The visitation was hard enough. I am thankful however that Corey, Kyle, and Justin were all given two days off so they could come fly here for the funeral.

I was in my room getting ready for the funeral when I heard knocking at my door. I jumped a little but then opened it. Corey came in with a small duffel bag and threw it on my bed. We looked at each other for a moment before he grabbed my arm and pulled my in for a tight hug.

"It's gonna be okay baby." Corey said pulling away.

I nodded in response and continued to get dressed. I turned around and noticed that Corey had done the same. He was wearing dress pants, a nice shirt, and tie.

"You look handsome." I said quietly while walking over to him to adjust his tie.

"Thank you baby. And you look absolutely gorgeous." He said kissing my head.

We went to the church for the funeral and sat down in the pew. The funeral started and there were a lot of people packed into the church. The funeral lasted about an hour and afterwards the Seagers and I greeted everyone as they gave us their condolences.

"Adrianne, are you up for some lunch" Jody asked me.

"Yeah.. yeah I could do that." I answered slowly.

We all went to a family restaurant called the Big Apple that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner anytime. When it came time to ordering, I stuck with water and only had a small bowl of chicken noodle soup. I knew everyone was worried about me, but they weren't going to say anything.

Everyone tried their best to keep their minds off the funeral and they were doing a pretty good job. Corey was relaxing my by keeping his hand on my knee and slowly moving his thumb in circles.

When we got back home I went upstairs and just laid in my bed. Eventually Corey joined me and we just watched movies in my bed until I actually fell asleep for once in a very long time.

I was actually sleeping very well with no nightmares or flashbacks until I woke up around 2:00 in the morning with really bad stomach pain. I rolled off of Corey's chest really fast and ran to the bathroom. I got down on my knees and started to throw up.
