"I was thinking about having a Halloween party," Colin told Jennifer while they were waiting for the crew to change around the set so that they could film from a different angle.

"Sounds fun," Jennifer said. "Do you want to go costume shopping with Helen, Evan and I?" Colin asked. She had worn the same costume every year for the past 5 years. Ginny had bought everyone a Harry Potter robe in the first season of Once Upon a Time. Jennifer had been Hermione ever since.

"Sure," Jennifer said.

"We should totally do a group costume," Colin smirked.

"Sure when are we going shopping?" Jennifer asked.

"How about tomorrow," Colin suggested.

"Ok. We better get back I think they are done," Jennifer said.

Jennifer walked over to Colin and Helen's house so that they could go to the mall together.

"Hey buddy, what are you gonna be for halloween?" Jennifer picked up Evan and asked him.

"I wanna be Chase," Evan yelled out.

"Chase?" Jennifer's face fell.

"Ya Chase from paw patrol!" Evan said excitedly. Jennifer put Evan down.

Chase was also the name of Jesse spencer's character on House Md. Jesse was Jennifer's ex. They had almost got married but they called off their engagement. Helen and Evan headed to the car. "Are you ok?" Colin asked Jennifer.

"Yeah Jesse's character on house was named Chase," Jennifer told him. Jennifer had told Colin all about her failed engagement. Jennifer was so young when he proposed. She felt like everything was perfect. She had a great job, had enough money, and had a great man. However, everything was not ok. Her and Jesse fought all the time. Neither of them knew what they wanted. Everything became so serious. They had to figure out where they were going to live, in L.A or Australia. Did they want to stay on House M.d? It was all too much for both of them to handle. Jesse was the one that brought up the idea of breaking up. For a long time Jennifer never realized why they broke up. Jennifer and Jesse were still close. They talked occasionally, but they hadn't seen each other in person since a long time. Both of their schedules were always so busy. Jesse was always in Chicago filming, and Jennifer was always in Vancouver.

"Hurry up!" Evan yelled at Jennifer and Colin from his carseat.

"Ok coming," Jennifer smiled and jumped into the car next to Evan.

When they got to the Halloween store Jennifer was overwhelmed by all of the costume choices. Helen and Evan went too the kids section to find Evan's Chase costume, while Jennifer and Colin searched for their costumes. "I think you would look great in this," Colin held up a sexy nurse outfit. Jennifer blushed and rolled her eyes. Colin always made comments when Jennifer wore cleavage showing costumes on Once Upon A Time.

"Umm maybe we can look for something for pg," Jennifer smirked.

"Ok," Colin but the costume back and frowned.

"While what are you going to be?" Jennifer asked Colin. She then took a sexy cowboy costume off of the shelf.

"Umm no," Colin laughed.

"We might as well just steal something from the costume department. Jared is doing that this year," Jennifer told him.

"Actually that is not a bad idea," Colin pondered.

"What are you saying?" Jennifer asked.

"I am saying that there are tons of costumes. Costumes that arn't ours," Colin smirked.

"You want to wear one of Sean's costumes," Jennifer rolled her eyes.

"Yeah and you can be my regina," Colin smiled.

"Ok I am so in," Jennifer smiled.

Jennifer and Colin met Helen and Evan at the check out. Evan had found his costume and Jennifer thought that it was the cutest thing in the world. Helen wanted to pick up some groceries so Jennifer, Colin and Evan waited outside for her. There was a jewellery store that was near so Jennifer went to look in the shop's window. It was filled glittering with engagement rings. Jennifer's finger had once worn one of those rings. She still had it tucked away in her jewellery box at home. She had forgotten that she had brought it to Vancouver with her.

"Those are lovely," Colin said from behind her.

"Yeah they are," Jennifer said and look behind her for Evan.

"Helen went to buy ice cream for him," Colin told her. Jennifer shifted her gaze back to the rings.

"You know I still have my engagement ring. Jesse wouldn't take it back," Jennifer told him.

"When was the last time you saw him?" Colin asked curious.

"It was when I went back for the last episode. I tried to talk to talk to him and give him the ring back, but he just told be to keep it," Jennifer said.

"Thats all he said?" Colin asked.

"Yeah. I wanted to talk about things more. I wanted to tell him I now understood why we broke up. He was so un interested," Jennifer remembered.

"Arn't you going to Indianapolis soon?" Colin asked. Jennifer was going to the BOA to support her brother and her dad.

"Yeah I am," Jennifer siad.

"You should just stop off in Chicago and say hi to Jesse," Colin proposed.

"That seems kinda drastic," Jennifer smiled.

"What do you mean? Rose told me that you were looking for a boyfriend. You need to get this Jesse thing settled," Colin old her.

"I am not hung up about it," Jennifer said defensively.

"Maybe you just need some closer," Colin said.

"I have had a few boyfriends after him," Jennifer said.

"Yeah, but maybe they didn't work out was because you and Jesse still have some un finished business," Colin said.

"Ok I will think about it," Jennifer told him.

Jennifer and Colin stopped off at the costume department the next day after work. The team even did some quick alterations so that the costumes fit Jennifer and Colin better. They always had test costumes that never got seen on screen. They were just extras incase something happened to the real ones. Colin and Jennifer then went to the hair and make-uo department to get some wigs. The evil queen had multiple wigs so they let Jennifer burrow an older one.

"Ok we are all set," Jennifer said.

"I can't wait to send a picture to Sean," Colin said excitedly.

"Lana's reaction is gonna be priceless," Jennifer giggled.

"What are you two up to?" Ginny asked them.

"Nothing," Jennifer and Colin both hid their costumes behind their backs.

"Whatever," Ginny walked past them without questioning them. She knew that Colin and Jennifer were always up to something.
