After Colin left Jennifer called Ginny, Lana, Bex and Emilie in a panic. Ginny and Lana decided to go to Jennifer's house to find out everything that happened. They also wanted to cheer Jennifer up. Ginny arrived first since her house was only a few blocks away. "Jen!" Ginny hugged her. "I don't know what I did wrong? Why did he leave without saying anything?" Jennifer asked. "Oh Jen, it's ok you two will figure it out," Ginny hugged her again and rubbed her back. "I don't know what to do? How long should I wait until I talk to him again?" Jennifer kept asking questions. "How about we go out for ice cream when Lana gets here," Ginny suggested trying to change the subject. "Ginny!" Jennifer said angrily. "Sorry guys, I tried to get the taxi driver to drive as fast as he could," Lana said when she got to Jennifer's house. "Tell me everything. Start from the beginning," Lana said. She wanted to see Jennifer happy, as she deserved it. Helping Jennifer and Colin to get together would make Jennifer so ecstatic, and everyone knew that Jennifer and Colin belonged together, even if Colin didn't believe it.
Jennifer told her friends about the whole evening and how everything went wrong. "You shouldn't have told him when you were so upset," Ginny said. "It's fine Ginny, she needed to tell him tonight," Lana said. "But why was it so important to tell him tonight? Nothing would have changed between them if Jen waited," Ginny argued. "This crush on Colin has been tearing Jen up for so long, she needed to get it out," Lana said back. "Guys relax, I did what I did, even if it may seem like a bad idea now, at least he knows," Jennifer said trying to get them to compromise. "Yeah and now it's up to him," Lana said and Ginny rolled her eyes. "All I am saying is that things between you two will never be the same," Ginny said. "Yeah cuz Jen and Colin will live happily ever after," Lana said. "Hopefully," Ginny said not. Ginny didn't really want to get Jennifer's hopes up that's why she was arguing with Lana. Even though her and Josh ended up together, it didn't mean that Jennifer and Colin would work out.
"So should I go to his house and see if he wants to talk?" Jennifer has now calmed down and was ready to talk to Colin. "If you want to," Lana shrugged. "Yeah at this point it's all about what you think. You know Colin better than anybody," Ginny gave her a smile of encouragement. "I think I need to explain some things to him. He left so quickly that I didn't get to say much," Jennifer said. "You got this!" Lana gave her a high five. "Yeah I believe in you," Ginny gave her a hug.
When Jennifer got to Colin's house the lights were all off. Maybe he was already asleep. Jennifer didn't know if she wanted wake him, as maybe he would be in a bad mood. Jennifer decided to just go witty guy saying, which was telling her that she had to talk to him. Jennifer knocked on the door and waited. After around 30 seconds there was no answer. No light turned on or any noise of movement. Maybe Colin didn't hear the door bell, so she decided to ring the door bell. There was still no reply Colin was clearly not home, or he could be ignoring her. Jennifer decided to leave and go for a walk.
She decided to walk to the park again. She walked around the park 2 times and then decided to take a break. It was a nice summer night and the temperature wasn't too hot or too cold. Jennifer looked for an open bench to sit on. There were a bunch of couples sitting on benches having picnic dinners. Jennifer noticed that there was a guy sitting alone on one of the benches. As she got closer she realized that it was Colin. Jennifer ran up to the bench, "I have been looking for you. I went to your house, and you wern't there," Jennifer said and sat down on the bench next to him. "Did you mean what you said to me earlier?" Colin asked. "Yeah that's kinda what I wanted to explain," Jennifer replied. "Colin I have had this I guess you could call it a crush on you since season 3. Every signal time we kiss for Once I want more. I want us to be like that always, not just when we are filming. I know that what I am saying is totally out of line since... well you have a family. It's just that I have never found someone like you before. We know each other so well and I love spending time with you. I am so sorry for putting you in an awkward position, I just thought that you should know," Jennifer said honestly. She had just poured her heart out to Colin and she could tell that her heart was going to get broken by the disappointed look on Colin's face, but she didn't care it had to be said.
