Bruce arrived at the GCPD at 8:56 AM. Bruce, Harvey and three other police officers waited in the elevator to get to the destination. Once the bell rung, all five of them stepped out. "Getting you in to see Falcone like this--I don't have to tell you how many rules we're breaking." Harvey said as the two walked in the hallway. "Don't get me wrong. I'm always here for you. But this could land us both in hot water. I pulled all the strings I had with the Lieutenant. This better not come back to bite us."

"Look, I get that, Harvey, okay? It means a lot to me." Bruce said.

"I know it does, Bruce. Doesn't make it any easier. The last time we brushed shoulders with Falcone, the press made us pay. At least tell me what this is about."

"This is a personal matter, Harvey."

"Fine, fine, don't tell me. But I hope none of this comes back to bite us. I don't want headlines taking away my debate with Hill."

"Gentlemen." A familiar voice said. It was Gordon. "We finally put Falcone in his cage. Thanks to that information you gave to Miss Vale, he's not getting out anytime soon."

"Information? What information?" Harvey asked, confused.

"I assumed you knew. I was going to contact your office first thing. I guess I forgot." Gordon said.

"I gave Vicki some evidence about Falcone." Bruce explained.

"More like a catalog of his entire criminal empire. It's a case that'll put Falcone away for several years", said Gordon.

"Is that a fact?" Harvey said, seemingly angered by him not knowing certain things.

"It's the reason I said yes to this...unorthodox request." Gordon answered. Gordon walked down the hallway and expected Bruce and Harvey to follow him. As the three of them walked down the hallway, a female officer greeted them.

"Nice job bringing in Falcone." The female officer congratulated Gordon. "That son of a bitch better not get off again."

"He's not getting off the hook, Renee. Not this time." Gordon replied.

As Wayne passed by her, she talked. "Mr. Wayne? Sergeant Renee Montoya. I just wanted to say, some of us police support you. Despite what the media is saying."

"Thanks, Sergeant." Bruce thanked Montoya. Montoya smiled and the two stood there in silence. Bruce broke the silence by nodding and catching up with Harvey and Gordon.

"We're keeping Falcone in the infirmary. He's lucky he didn't get roughed up more." Gordon said. "I could tell Batman wanted to kill him, but he somehow held back. He really injured him. He threw him onto a goddamn piece of metal for Christ's sake. It impaled him, too. I don't know where I stand with Batman anymore. Sometimes he's with me and sometimes he isn't. Maybe we should have locked him up too."

"Whoever he is behind that mask, I'd say Gotham is lucky to have him." Bruce spoke up.

"I guess he does care about doing the right thing. It's just that he goes too far most times. Like last night. He did go way too far. We could've handled Falcone on our own. But, whatever. What matters is that we've got him," said Gordon. The three of them finally reached the door where two police officers guarded on either side of the door. "Alright. Falcone's inside. Say what you gotta say. We'll be out here." Bruce opened the door and closed it behind him.
