We had gotten into the limo almost fifteen minutes back and still we hadn't reached the place. I wanted to ask Fred where this "party" was, but thought otherwise.

A few minutes later, I could see us passing through the hills and a huge meadow, it was dark, sure, but it certainly was clear that we were in the country side of Questel. I started getting excited as I remembered the last time I had thought about coming to the country for a visit whenever I had time, well it seems my wish has come true pretty soon.

The place we were to go to was getting closer when I heard Fred speak to the driver. Lights were shinning brightly throughout the lane which took us to the place the party was.

It din't seem like any ordinary party as Fred had mentioned. He tried not telling much on our way since he just gave short answers to my curious questions. Although, he would send a grin towards me with his eyes sparkling in excitement.

The limo came to a hault and I knew it was our que to get out.

My door was opened by a black-suited man who seemed like he was in his mid 30's. He nodded at me and said "Good evening miss, have an enjoyable evening"

"Thanks" I smiled and got out of the car.

Fred got out right after me, and held his arm out to me just like he had before at the apartment and smiled nervously at me. Ignoring his nervous smile, I took his arm and we motioned forward.

I settled my dress, which had messed up a little due to the long car ride and looked up to where we were walking.

There was a huge double door in front of us, it was made of heavy wood and metal hinges with beautiful designs. It looked really grand.

The house was a four story building, more like a mansion. Two balconies jutted out on the first floor and I could see men and women in formal attire dancing or having refreshments.

I started getting even more excited as I thought of the old movies, where people would behave much likely the same way I saw those people upstairs.

Pushing those unnecessary thoughts for now, I concentrated on our walk on a carpted ground and the steps we were nearing.

I kept my other hand on one side of my dress and pulled it up a little so I wouldn't trip on it while walking up the three to four steps to the door.

The door was opened by two men wearing similar black attire. At that moment I felt special like I lived in this huge place. I realized my thoughts were going off track once again and so I mentally shook my head.

"Christina, I have to use the mens room, I will be back in a few minutes. Do you think you can be by yourself inside?" Fred asked

"O-oh..." I felt myself stuttering

"Well?" he asked curiously

"Yeah sure. What way do I have to go?" I asked. Confidently this time.

"Right. Just walk straight ahead and follow the music. I'm sure a smart woman like you would understand what I meant to say." he commented with a slight smirk

"Thanks that was um- informative." I said ignoring the latter part of what he said.

"See you inside sweetheart" he winked, kissed my cheeck and left.

Whoa what was that? Unconsciously I touched the spot where he had kissed me. I felt heat flooding throughout my face.

This time I shook my head in real and walked straight as Fred has suggested I do.
